Good afternoon, Today I had a service technician come to my house to unclog a drain in a new -2 weeks - bathroom. At the suggestion of my contractor I called Roto Rootor and you sent a young man by the name of Andrew Morin (Tech #2251) to my house. He entered my house smiling and immediately extended his hand to introduce himself. Now you may not think thats all that remarkable but trust me in my business, real estate, I have observed that it is very unusual for most young people to be polite these days. Whats more he presented himself well in both his manners and his dress. He was clean and his uniform was pressed. All of this adds up to a young man who takes pride in what he does. As he began to work and access the situation he helped to put me at ease about having to have a plumber come to fix and/or damage my new bathroom. Also, as he was snaking the tub drain, he made sure not to cause a mess and even kept the immediate area clean. Showing a level of professionalism that exceed my expectations. This young man is wonderful representative of Roto Rooter

I called Roto Rooter when my tenant called to say that his toilet wouldnt flush on his side of the duplex. I went over there & none of his plumbing was draining. The service guy was at the house within an hour of me calling. He tried snaking the toilet, pulled the toilet & snaked again but nothing was working. He went down into the basement & it turned out that the vent stack was blocked due rust flakes settling on the bottom. I was in the midst of having a new roof put on & he figured all the hammering on the roof caused the issue. My plumbing wasnt affected as it goes into the main line after the vent stack. He cut into the mainline, cleaned everything out & then replaced the pipe. Jim H was very thorough in his work, clean & super polite. Being a widow Im ultra sensitive to both repair people & contractors who talk down to me or try to take advantage of me. Jim H was wonderful, made what was a stressful experience much easier. I wont hesitate to call your company again if need be.

I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service this afternoon to have them do some preventative maintenance on a 1960 vintage cast iron drain system in my, Cape style house, rental property. Their service technician showed up within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. Eric Woolf, technician #7434 quickly assessed the work that was required and provided me with a quote & required work plan. After I signed some paperwork, he got right to work putting down some protective mats in the work area. Within two and a half hours he had finished the service complete with a camera view of my drain system all the way out to the septic tank. I was very impressed with his candid explanation and professional attitude. I am very happy with the service that was provided and would not hesitate to recommend their service to friends and family members. I give Eric and the Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Co. a Five Star rating for the service provided today. Sincerely, Don Pickering

After doing some research I choose to call Roto Rooter to take a look at 3 toilets and the main pipes in my house. Apolo (1853) and Rich came to my home. They reviewed the concerns I had and explained what was happening and the solutions. Sadly, the cost was more than I had anticipated, my hope was a simple fix, but old house with old issues needed tending. However, it was worth the money to have received an experience with a company that I have never previously used nor encountered with other companies Ive dealt with. They were courteous, respectful, helpful, highly professional, friendly & they made sure that whatever they worked on I was happy with the outcome. They provided knowledge about my pipe situation to help me understand what I needed to do. I will call them again when/if I need future plumbing services and I have already recommended them to friends. Thank you Apolo and Rich you made a bad situation a bit easier to deal with..

Roto-Rooter provides a great service that one can count on, especially in need of a domestic emergency! Our old toilet broke and the water started to leak & flood. So I called Roto-Rooter and they scheduled an appointment right away on the following morning (They could even do the same day but I chose not to). They called to confirm the next morning and within half an hour, the technician, Mr. Mario Garcia, Tech#7418, showed up punctually. He was honest, thorough, and professional, and did a beautiful job on changing our old leaky toilet to a new one. The job was done in a timely manner and we did not miss our other appointment later of the same day. And the price was fair. We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter overall, and Mario made a nice representation for his company. We are confident of becoming a return customer, as well would like to refer Roto-Rooter as plumbing professionals to our friends with gratitude.

Roto-Rooter in Bristol, RI, made me a believer. Old plumbing systems are expensive and difficult to maintain, but if you own an old house, you have no choice. You need to make friends with a plumber, someone you can trust and rely on, someone who answers the phone, returns calls, comes on time, charges fair rates, and above all, lets you know beforehand what it will cost before starting. John Alteri with Roto-Rooter in Providence, RI, offers this and more. Hes honest and forthright, has a sense of humor, is genuinely interested in the customer and fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. I have worked with Providence Roto-Rooter in the past and can honestly say hes representative of everyone Ive worked with so far. If you havent found someone reliable, willing to come any day of the week, who has reasonable rates, and isnt afraid to take on any job, you might consider giving John at Roto-Rooter a call.

I live in an older multifamily home that drains through clay pipe out to the sewer system. When we experienced a sewage backup a couple of weeks ago, I called Roto-Rooter to get someone out to clear the clog. After running the snake and looking into both the trap and main line with a fiber optic camera, the technician informed me that I needed $8500 in repairs due to what he said was a break in the main line and issues with the clay trap. I had another honest rooter company come out to get a second opinion, and much to my surprise, they told me that there was no broken pipe and that Roto-Rooter was trying to make money off of my lack of expertise on plumbing systems. Not only is Roto-Rooter overpriced for the small amount of services they actually offer, but they will try to convince you that you need to spend thousands of dollars fixing a problem that doesnt exist. Avoid at all costs.

Eric from Roto-Rooter (North Kingston) is my hero. Over the weekend we experienced plumbing issues beyond our level of expertise. After mopping up sewage in our basement we felt compelled to call in the professionals. Within two hours of our phone call, Eric showed up at our door and accurately assessed the problem. Within another two hours our plumbing was running efficiently and the work space was fully cleaned. Eric even helped coordinate an appointment to have someone come in and replace some deteriorating copper pipes on our gas dryer. The plumbing was fixed and we got some key advice on how to maintain our pipes for the future. Roto-Rooter has outstanding and efficient service. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone who is experiencing plumbing issues, or to those individuals who are just looking to do some maintenance to avoid serious problems. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
