Gervais Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning installed a Ductless Mini Split Heating & Air Conditioning System in my home about a year ago. I have gotten so many compliment on how the system looks and everyone asks "What is that?" It really looks fantastic and the system is so highly efficient that Im saving money in the summer and winter on heating and cooling costs, plus the system keeps my house at a comfortable temperature at all times of the day and night. It was a great investment.

I called on a Monday and Steve came to my home on Wednesday. I couldnt believe, that after looking for a plumber to perform work at my home, someone actually showed up at the promised time! Steve gave me a quote and the work was begun on the next day! The plumber Steve sent was Scott......talk about lucking out!!!! Scott was fabulous. I wanted to replace my AC system, so their estimator came right out to look at it, then nothing. Weeks went by. I emailed him to ask for his quote. No reply. I called the office a few weeks later, and they said they would contact him about it. No response. A month+ has gone by, and they have ignored me. Very unprofessional.
