Their name couldnt be further from the truth. They never came out for their site inspection, quoting me 3 hours, then billed me for 6 when it took longer than their estimate. Between not wrapping my furniture against damage during the move. They ripped my sofa fabric on the move in, gouged my newly finished floor twice during the move, then the guy they sent out to fix the floors gouged them even worse, and the filler he put in came out after the first week of being in the house. Will not be using this company again, and will be spreading the word as to the poor quality job they do.

We interviewed 4 companies before selecting HWC. HWC had the best price and we really were impressed with their service. They did a phenomenal job, and the crew was EXCELLENT. Fast, friendly, and willing to accommodate our pickiness and indecisiveness. I truly cant say enough about this company, and feel very fortunate that we selected them to do our move. Best in the business hands down! They also moved our piano, which was a nice thing to not have to hire a separate mover for this. Ray has done a great job and hired some great people.

I was impressed by my entire experience with HWC, from Rays thorough on-site quote and email followup, to phone confirmation of the schedule one day prior, to on-time arrival both days, to VERY efficient, friendly guys on the crew. The crew was so efficient that a predicted 3 day pack and move was completed in 2 days. Then HWC packed and moved my daughters household the following week. Highly recommended.

Far from handling things with care. They put 2 holes in my house that I was moving out of and dented a whole wall in my brand new just built home. We also used their storage for 3 months and came back with some broken items and missing items. The owner Ray was pretty rude about the whole situation. Only positive thing I have to say is the movers were very kind.

The sweetest movers ever! Thing though was we packed everything for them, dissassembled everything and we just wanted them to move it and unload it. They gave us a 4 hour minimum but it was all done in 3 hours! It was so impressive and they were great guys to chat with. I highly recommend Mike and Sylvan. Thanks guys!

Excellent. I moved from Ann Arbor to Boston in September 2016 and forgot to write the review. Now correcting my mistake. HWC is the company which quoted least among 4 other moving compnies. It was an amzing experience. Nice people, very professional and very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

If youre looking for a company that values their customers, look no further. Handle with care is what you get. The men that moved a piece of antique furniture for me treated it like it was their own. The owner Ray is a pleasure to work with and I wish him the best in the future.
