We rented a unit on 6/7 with the expectation that a move in truck would be included. Upon signing the agreement, your agent failed to inform us that the truck was only allowed for 2 hours and a hefty deposit of $100 would be required. Since your agent was negligent in disclosing this necessary information, we left the facility feeling very unsatisfied and taken advantage of. Your agent was extremely uncooperative and lacked even the most basic customer service skills, therefore we refuse to use their facility. We have not used the unit and are requesting a refund of the money paid, as we will not be affiliated with a company that is dishonest and exhibits a negative demeanor. I have attached a copy of the agreement which includes all pertinent customer information. Your cooperation and timely resolution is expected and appreciated.

Just used their truck, essentially for free I might add. Even went a little over on the mileage limit and John was super nice about it. He did not penalize us at all. John is a really loud guy, but in the nicest way possible. My daughter and I were there picking up the truck and he was professional, but made sure to take the time to be sweet to her as well. My family has been renting a storage unit here for literally years now, we wont be doing business with any other storage business anytime soon. Thanks, John, for making our first truck usage so easy and hassle free.

Hi.. I had wonderful experience i visited this location on the 12/22/2015 and Khadijah was there she was wonderful and very helpful.. She was so plesant and helpful this to me was the real definition of customer service... I would recommand everyone to come to do business with CubeSmart they are always eager to help.. As i can see i would like to say thank you to khadijah for everything she did to help me and for making my experience has pleasant has she did.... She in my opinion deserves i rise.... Thats what u call a lasting impression......

Brand new to the area, I only learned of Cubesmart when driving down the road. Having only a friends word in Kansas, I decided to use their storage facilities. Dijah and John were very pleasant and easy to work with answering all my questions without hesitation and helped me navigate the unique challenges I had. John even came in on a Sunday to help me out! That is "above and beyond" customer service and was very much appreciated! I would recommend them highly and know that my items are being well taken care of! :-D Thank you both!!!

Im surprised the process to obtain the storages I purchased at auction was seamless no problems no gimmicks and I appreciate it. Ive heard a lot of crazy stuff about the process.
