Worst moving experience EVER. I will admit we told the movers we didnt want furniture wrapped in shrink wrap, due to how long they take to do it. But we did ask them to use the moving blankets. Initially they changed our date the night before the move, due to potential weather. I was not home during the truck packing experience, however when the truck showed up at our new home and they opened the back, I literally cried. Everything was just "thrown " in the truck. NOT ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS IN MOVING BLANKETS. NOT ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE ARRIVED WITHOUT SCRATCHES, NICKS, OR LARGE PIECES BROKEN OFF. CRIED AGAIN. When i went upstairs the next day to look for something, the boxes were literally thrown to the point I couldnt get in the room. My husband rearranged everything. There were boxes marked "very fragile glass or China." Obviously the college hunks cannot read. When i went through 2 boxes they were crunched and things BROKEN Inside. When i looked at the bill, a few days later, they charged us $20 for mattress box and cover. NEVER got it or used it. I am so sorry I ever used this company. PLEASE BEWARE. Very unprofessional and sloppy work.

We were moving a two bedroom, living, dinning, and kitchen. We were quoted 3.5 hours and it took 11 hours. I moved a lot in my car. When speaking with Richard he failed to acknowledge that his movers were not prepared. There were no dollies/hand trucks on the small moving truck they brought. The guys were moving one box at a time. When they could have moved 4-5 at a time with proper equipment.We were also quoted 3 guys imagine the surprise when only 2 showed. Richard finally sent more help after 6 hours. This company misquotes, has trucks that arent prepared for moving, sends less men then agreed upon and refuses to acknowledge their issues as to why a move took longer. BUT they still expects you to pay the agreed upon price per hour when they purposefully make it take longer. Not to mention furniture was scratched a green egg inside completely shattered by the oh so helpful extra help that I should have been kissing RichardS feet for sending. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY or at least this franchise!

This was our second experience with Richard and the team and its really hard to overstate how happy we are with the work they did. Having nested for 12 years in our home, wed managed to assemble quite the obstacle course. From large pieces of furniture stuffed in a bonus room to a treadmill in the basement that had to go through a single door, we knew better attempting to move it all ourselves. The crew went to extraordinary lengths to protect the doors, walls, and furniture even removing handrails from the stairs to improve clearance. They were friendly and upbeat and seemed to be having fun while working really hard. Not only would I use them again, but were already scheduling the next job.

These guys were absolutely incredible to work with. We were moving big film sets and designs from a warehouse to all of our campuses at 12Stone. The big move day was supposed to be the day that Irma hit. They worked with us and rescheduled to move everything a day early so that we wouldnt miss our deadlines. They took great care of all of our sets. Nothing was damaged, and all was moved early. So grateful for these movers. Also bonus note: we have worked with other moving companies before. These guys are so much more reliable to work with!

Very good experience! They guys called to say they were on the way and then showed up on time. Great attitudes. And heres the kicker: My college aged daughter recognized all three of the "hunks" as students that she knows from school! So, they actually were college students as advertised. We used them for two hours to move furniture (even a piano) and they did it all so quickly that we ran out of stuff for them to move. A very good experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about the 3 guys that helped me move today. They were professional, courteous and very considerate of the time. They offered to help in any way. This group from College Hunks movers is to be commended for their care of my belongings. If there is ever a move again for me, this is the company I would choose time and time again.

The College Hunks and the "Dean of Hunks" were very professional and friendly. They worked from the time they arrived until the job was finished. Our move was challenging since we had items going to our new residence, items being donated & items going to scrape. I highly recommend College Hunks for any type of move.

Ive always been the type that would just do everything myself but now that I know how easy it is to have them do it, Ill never get rid of my own junk again!
