We recently assisted our elderly relatives to complete a move from Georgia to Indiana. They had a very large amount of household goods and were overwhelmed with the details of completing such a large task in a short period of time. We met the United Van Lines representative, Mike, while helping our relatives prepare for the move in Georgia. He completed the inventory and answered all of our questions in a very professional and concise manner. He arranged for the packing and transporting for the following week. We would like to offer our sincere thanks to the Hilldrup driver, Carl, and his son for the outstanding job they performed for this unusually large task. Everything arrived exactly on schedule and in excellent condition. Carls attention to detail and the respect he showed toward our relatives were particularly noteworthy. The customer service representative, Janyce, called us daily to check on both the progress and our satisfaction with the ongoing move. The Hilldrup professionals were all exceptional, and our family and friends will be sure to use them for any future relocation activities.

I had an outstanding experience with Hilldrup Moving & Storage out of Lawrenceville, GA. Kathleen was my move coordinator for our local move from Lawrenceville, GA to Jackson County. She checked on us and made sure everything was going smoothly from loading to the delivery! The moving team was Ray, Jonathan Martinez, and all the other guys!!! :) They arrived on time for the loading day and delivery day. Very smart, knowledgeable, personable men that take a lot of pride in their work! I dont know about you but I love being around people who like what they do and care about the services they offer. They asked me all the right questions, took great care of my belongings and kept me informed along the way. Our furniture looked like the Michelin man after they protected it. It was so remarkable to see how they protected each and every piece of furniture. They were an amazing team!!!

The coordinator of the move was very efficient, knowable and professional. The movers were AWESOME! Very polite and professional. They packed all of my furniture with pads and shrink wrap to protect everything. Then with the move to my new home, they reassembled all of my furniture with ease and care. They really know what they are doing. I was amazed that they were able to move my large desk into a spare bedroom upstairs. They removed the door and had the desk in place in about five minutes, then put the door back on! Wow! I was on the fence about keeping my large executive desk. I said, well if they can get it in the bedroom upstairs, then Ill keep it. I was very excited. Hilldrup moving and storage was amazing! From the initial consultation with Michael Orlin to the consistent communication with Janyce Perry we were well taken care of. Throughout the one day packing process, to load day and through to the destination delivery there was always someone checking in on us or we could easily call for clarifications. We always felt we had great communication and Janyce did a wonderful job of checking on us each day. The Driver and staff for pack, load and deliver were all professional and AWESOME. We are grateful to Hilldrup for their wonderful service. We would recommend them and or use them again in the future if the need were to arise. Thank you!

Had the worst expierence with this company! My packers were horrible!!! Some of my stuff were damaged, I cant find certain items I am looking for, even after I called the company. the packers were not efficient I seen that they mixed garbage with my household items, the movers complained constantly! They said well we cant put you bed together because theres no room. Oh we like the garage, these are marks I had to listen to as they moved my stuff!! The worst first expierence ever, I will be talking with my company to let them know to choose a better moving company.

We were extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them. From the initial estimate to the final delivery they were always on time, professional, friendly and courteous. The delivery was on time the drivers very professional with handling delicate items, furniture, even laying down protective cardboard on flooring and wrapping staircase handrails with padding so as not to damage anything in the house. Our driver Herc and his crew were the best.

So professional from start to finish. The packers were so careful. The guys that loaded the truck were careful. The driver updated me and the load was unloaded quickly and professionally. I had 1 dedicated person that called every day of the process to see how things were going, if I had any questions or if there was something more I needed. The customer service was outstanding. I will never use another company. Why would I? Mayflower was amazingly easy.

From beginning to end, the customer service was great, the moving coordinator (Kathleen) kept me in the loop/was constantly checking on me and the guys that packed, moved, unpacked/set up were very friendly/professional.
