Weve had a boat stored here for the past two years. Overall everything has been great. Good security and weve never had an issue with anything being damaged or tampered with. Kyle originally took my phone call and I was impressed right away with how he handled everything. He was very professional. The difference between this business and other storage companies in Fenton was night and day. I asked one place if they stored boats. She paused and then said, "Sure bring it over", after mumbling something about the city getting after them for something. That didnt instill much confidence. When I showed up at Storage Pros Kyle took me out to the spot I was going to rent and gave me a tour of the property. He explained everything from A-Z and got everything taken care of. Im impressed with good service since it seems to be a lost art these days. Call and ask for Kyle, hell take care of you!

Helpful office staff, we needed to switch units they were able to find us the cheapest solution, along with a discounted rate as if we were signing up as a new customer. The woman in the office even brought us water while we moved our furniture on a super hot summer day. I was a little irritated at first the change of owners was not made known until it was done but the new company so far has done a wonderful job for us. I think the change of ownership will do very nicely for this facility, the guy who worked there when I signed up originally was not helpful at all and refused to work with the website offer I had of 1 month free, if we had not needed a unit that day I would have kept looking. Cubesmart so far seems to be doing a better job in my book!

Ive had so many problems with this company trying to pay bills! First their web site would fail a lot and you could not pay on time. NOW they have changed companies without notifying the customers and are now Cube Smart, so now I can again NOT pay online. I had no notification of the change of ownership, seriously thinking of suing. Filling a complaint with The BBB and Michigan Attorney General and Fenton Chamber of Commerce! Oh and they raise their storage prices constantly
