Robert, the GM, is rude and lacks communication skills. Save yourself some time and go else where. I went to the location off of Dawsonville Highway (Gainesville across from Lake Lanier Club apartments) and dealt with Trish, whom was nice from start to finish. I initially went to Robert at the intersection of McEver and Mundy Mill thinking bigger location = more options and easier place to deal with. Boy was I wrong. I walked out of Roberts facility in Oakwood due to his inabilities to be respectful. The first thing I asked Robert was the amount of my rental. His response was "well talk about that later." Seconds later he asked me to swipe my card as a second form of ID. I asked him if he heard my initial question which his response was "well talk about the price later." Would any customer swipe their card if the seller told you "well talk about the prices later?" Robert is money hungry. Dont say I didnt warn you guys.

Im disappointed pay $51 for a plug on my work van for the trailer lights and the plug they installed it was left it inside the van,????? So if Im usining Im gonna have to bring the plug under thru the door every time I use it, is not stupid???? And is not about the money why they dont charge $400 and do it but (right)

I was treated very well. Easy to rent when you go to the mobile access , allows you to go in sign papers or if after hours you can follow the easy steps and you are in and out in no time!! Big thumbs up,!!!
