Went with Nu Wave because their rates were far cheaper than any other moving company in southeast Michigan, and their online reviews were stellar (a rare find amongst moving companies). Could not be happier with the decision. World class customer service, from the time your reservation is made until the moment your last boxes are brought to your new home. The most remarkable aspect of Nu Wave was their hustle- these guys will literally run up flights of stairs to make your move faster. They will not rest, they will not break, until your job is done. This is one of the most friendly and prompt businesses I have worked with. The prices were exceptional and the work beyond exceptional. They are amazing from the customer service that sets your move up to the end of moving your things. They help take electronics off of the walls and move them and put them back on the wall, they are the best company I have ever met when it comes to moving and I have done property management for over ten years!
