Two Men and a Truck made it possible for me to Pay It Forward today! About 5 years ago I was given furniture when I had none and today, thanks to Neighborhood House in Rochester and Two Men and a Truck in Waterford, I was able to donate that furniture and more to a family that had none. Neighborhood House is an amazing non-profit organization that helps local families in need, but they work with limited funds (as do I). Two Men and a Truck came to our rescue and moved the furniture for us! The two gentlemen that came to pick up the items were amazingly helpful, kind and professional. Also, they were both veterans - giving our veterans jobs! The experience was so wonderful that I have already scheduled my personal move with them for next month! Latoya in the office made the scheduling and estimate process amazingly easy and she is an absolute gem to speak/work with! Thank you Two Men and a Truck!

Brian Dent and Colin Charron were absolutely AMAZING - fast, efficient and friendly! They hit the ground running and never stopped or complained, despite some of the heavier pieces that I had. They were very respectful of my property and home interior, especially during some of the trickier maneuvers. In this case, they moved a large number/assortment of power tools and workbenches/cabinets to the lower level from the garage and 2nd floor. Then they moved a number of items from the ground level to the garage for my sons future move. Finally, they moved furniture from the 2nd floor to my ground floor bedroom. There was a lot going on the whole time, yet they never flinched! I cant say enough good things about this moving team ... should the need arise, I will be requesting them again!

We just used the Waterford, MI Two Men and a Truck to move. We had moved a lot of the little stuff ourselves in a small trailer and truck. We tried to pack things with care, but our efforts cant compare with the care Tomas and Jeleel took with our belongings. Everyone from the office staff to the movers was excellent! They arrived on time, worked nonstop without complaint, didnt smoke, didnt swear, didnt nick even one wall or piece of furniture and arrived at the final destination ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company and especially Tomas and Jeleel. They made the nasty job of moving stress free and flawless and the cost came in under what we expected!

The guys did a great job and did it very fast! Quick, efficient, and respectful of our belongings! Thanks so much to the two guys who helped us out! We have moved ourselves in the past and now in older years are unable to do as much, so from past experience we know how to do the job and were very satisfied with our movers! Hopefully the office staff will improve their communication on weekends, since they were the only fly in the ointment. Leaving messages instead of talking to an actual person to talk to might be the modern way, but it is stressful when you need an answer amid a chaotic situation.

We had a wonderful experience with our move! From the first contact everything went smoothly. The office staff, L. C. Was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our move team, Bobo and Coon arrived on time and were professional, friendly and very organized. Their team work was amazing and we saw how they took great care with every item they moved for us. Everything arrived safe and sound and was placed in the room we desired. They even completed the job just under the minimum quoted time so our cost was less than projected. We certainly would use them again!

I was a little hesitant to use this company since the reviews were not all 5-stars. But I was very pleased with my experience. They were prompt, polite and very hard-working. Not once did they take a break except for lunch. Not once did they check their phones for tweets, Facebook or email. Not once did they do anything unprofessional. Their attitudes and proficiency were excellent. All items were handled with care. All items that were wrapped by them arrived at new home in exactly the same condition. Would I use them again? YES

I had an unusual moving situation and I needed help. I called Two Men and a Truck, where the office staff could not have been nicer. The movers arrived promptly giving me an ETA along the way, they assessed my predicament, and then they figured out how to best approach it and meet my needs. My furniture and belongings were in good hands the entire time. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any move: great from the beginning to the end with friendly people in charge of the organization and Rock Star movers who care.

This is the second time Ive used this company. Im always impressed with professionalism and effectiveness. My original quote was for 5 to 7 hours...not sure how they figured that since its a one bedroom apartment at 600 square feet. The movers arrived, saw what I was moving and said, "Is that all? No problem, well have this done in a jiffy!" Sure enough, total time was 3 hours and 15 minutes. That included traveling to, blanketing, wrapping, moving out, moving in and traveling back to base! Best company for the job!!!

I used used Two Men and a Truck to do an internal move for me. I had a heavy vanity moved from my garage to my upstairs bathroom. The team was on time, friendly, helpful, and concerned about my vanity and house. They took extra care to make sure nothing was scratched or damaged during the move upstairs. The pricing was fair and they charged me exactly what they quoted me with no hidden fees. Overall, super happy with the experience, and I will be using them again in the future! Thanks for the good work guys!

Weve never used a moving company after 40 years of owning homes. Kandice walked me through the process and giving us a quote. And there were no surprises on moving day from what we were quoted. On a hot and humid day the 3 guys still took extreme care towards our belongings but also to both the houses. Door jams protected. Carpets protect. Furniture protected. They took the worry of our belongings being moved away so that we could work through a very emotional day. Hats off to all of them! Top notch!

Tomas and Anibal were professional and courteous. They took the time to protect and prepare all my goods and furniture and made me comfortable about the long distance trip. Their communication was top-notch, and they continually asked me about my wishes. I would eagerly hire Two Men (in fact THOSE two men!) and a Truck in the future. Moving is inherently emotional and difficult, but MANY THANKS to Tomas and Anibal and the office team for giving me confidence. I will recommend this company every time.

Setting up with our request for move was a exceptional and easy conversation with the office, she was very knowledgeable and very professional a rare experience these days. Tomas Smith, and Joe Clifford our movers were very professional and fast two very nice clean cut young men. Even with temperatures close to 89 degrees they never stopped moving in fact they were really hustling. We would certainly use the services of 2 Men and a Truck again hands down, a pleasant experience.

Pros: nice workers, relatively professional, on-time to arrive, nice office staff, was pro-active when they dinged a wall and called (ie. they told on themselves, which was honest) Cons: took longer than needed, spent time using manual tools to disassemble things instead of automatic, did not inform ahead of time to have things disassembled, some standing around on the job In sum, would probably try another service next time unless I was there in person managing the job
