With my expirience they are worst service and very bad people and dont know the customer service. I moved from CT to IL and taken more of quotes and due to followup done by Emma(work in Premier Relocations) irespective this one is not less quote I decided to go with them and I made biggest mistake. It start with showing all the stuff I am going to sending she noted down and she told me they are going to Pick on Aug 10th 2017 and will be deliver Aug 15th 2017. And they have actual movers having lots of truck. The payment they taken as 20% at booking time 40% at time of loading your stuff in their truck and 40% at the delivery time. I gave 20% and book. Surprise starts from day before the loading day when I got the call from "Better Rate Movers" claiming that they are going to take my packages and deliver, I confirm that I booked through Premier Relocation they said they are just broker and we are the actual who do the job and they start telling new rules which needs more money. Again I make them have in one Confrence call and the owner of Premier was rude and he abuse me and put the phone saying that we are not going to do this job and not return your money. Then Guy from Better rate Movers name "Mike" told that we are going do the business which was promise and will delivery on time. I havent sign the form attached where they charge during delivery by feet distance from truck to your home and Mike and the guy was agree you not need to sign this. (letter on during delivery I found they make my sign on that from which is forgery and I decided to go to put complain about this). I moved as per plan in IL but they showed me actual picture and delayed my package so I have forced to by necessary items needs for my three kids, my mom and my wife to live with out knowing when we are getting our package. Finally I have talk with (Jason) in their customer service number(which I was calling from 10-12 days) said they are planning to delivery on Sunday or Monday (20th or 21st Aug) but they didnt send and finally keep calling them they send it on Wednesday 23rd and the Guy who came first interested to count distance feet and ask about $360 as its 300 feet from garage to flat door. Then he show me the fake signature document attached below. Long story shot they have given me very hard time to deliver and that to be not on cheap price and one of the box got the fire inside the box I dont know how but these things are burn and damage and they have not responded to the question on reimbursement for this or tell us what happen. Please be aware about these king of Brokage(Premier Relocation or same kind of name) and service by Better Rate Movers they all are same. Worst or I can say no service with lots of hassle... Be Aware dont use them.... No single star for them.... Worst worst worst worst........

Premier handled our in-town move a few months ago and this review is long overdue. From start to finish, everything was top notch. The estimator (Chuck) who came to our home was very thorough. We discussed every piece of furniture and what was going/staying. He also offered me several great tips on how to save time - because time costs money (ex. rather than writing on boxes, tag them on all sides with stickers and then hang signs over each destination room with the corresponding sticker color). He was the only estimator to note that we had a TempurPedic mattress that would need to be shipped flat and boxed or wed risk voiding our warranty. I checked this with TempurPedic and confirmed it was true. We received quotes from several companies and even though Premiers estimate was slightly (about $200) higher, we wanted to go with them because of Chucks attention to detail and commitment that wed be getting a large enough truck to do the whole house in one trip - because again, time costs money. Once we decided to move ahead, we worked with our move coordinator Lina who called me twice to confirm all the details. She was personable, knowledgeable and great to work with. When moving day arrived, the crew arrived promptly. All three introduced themselves to me and we walked through the house one more time to confirm what stayed and what went. They had our condo completely loaded, everything transported, unloaded and set back up in our new house in less than 7 hours. I wish I could recall everyones names because they were wonderful - didnt hesitate to ask questions, very cautious with our belongings and walls etc. They taped down cardboard over all the hardwood and plastic over all the carpet. Everything was wrapped carefully. When we got to the house, I learned that the ScotchGuard on the new carpet meant that the plastic wrap wouldnt stick - but the crew immediately identified an alternative and our new carpet remained spotless. All in all, we were completely moved in less time and at a lower price than we were originally quoted. In the whole move process, this was the best money we spent and we could not be happier with Premier.

We recently used Premier for a local move in Ann Arbor. We had been living in a furnished apartment with most of our "stuff" in storage while our home was being renovated. Needless to say we were very concerned about protecting our home - which was like brand new by the time we moved in - from the wear and tear of people traipsing in and out with all of our earthly belongings. We were also worried that moving from 2 different locations (storage and apartment) would add complexity and cost. We were so pleased by the service and professionalism of the Premier Relocations crews. They sent 2 crews and 2 trucks - one for each of the locations we were moving from. They were fast and efficient getting things loaded up and didnt have any issues moving around the things that were to be left in the apartment. When they arrived at the house to unload, they were courteous and careful. They protected everything from the floors to the banister to the doorways. I couldnt have expected more. They were even respectful to my neighbor who decided to come outside and have a hissy fit over where they had placed a tool bag on our shared lawn. Im not sure Id have been so composed if she had approached me in the same way. They ultimately finished up a few hours early resulting in a less expensive move than we were quoted. A few things ended up in weird places. But in all fairness to the crew, there was no one inside the house organizing things. I was outside telling them which room to go to but they were left to their own devices once inside. So, if its super important to you that things get organized/placed a certain way in your rooms... be sure to have someone there to tell them how you want it. Theyre more than happy to do whatever you like - I just couldnt be in 2 places at once. All in all, one of my better moving experiences!

BUYER BEWARE. After making the huge financial mistake of using Premier, Im so glad I switched to "Two Men and a Truck". What to expect with Premier: LIES. The salesman will lie and say that the leather furniture will be "blanket wrapped and then siran wrapped". That WILL NOT happen by the lazy contractor Premier uses. The contractor will toss a little blanket on your furniture. When you as the concerned customer contact your "moving coordinator" at Premier you will hear unedecuted excuses, defense of the contractor, and playing dumb that she and the sales associate are NOT consistent with one another. We also have pictures confirming the lack of complete detail that one expects for a big expense, and what do you know we were met with excuse after excuse. Also I would research the laws about what the transporter can transport on the highway. The move coordinator is completely unaware of the actual laws, and thats a scary prospect. If Im going to pay thousands for a move, I want to work with a company that owns up to their lack of follow-through. After paying thousands, I deserve a company that delivers thoroughness and consistent knowledge from their little sales person all the way to their independent contractor. Let me assure you that Premier Mayflower is not quality. Keep on looking until you see "two men and a truck"! Wow! What a completely different experience with Two Men and A Truck. Please read my review on them.
