Actually I dont even want to give them one star but the five young man that came out to move my furniture and belongings into the truck were outstanding. It went to hell from there. When I contacted the company I was told that a reputable company does not charge upfront before delivery. This company had my whole life and their truck. For almost a week I was bothered daily to pay in full before delivery. I was insulted twice by a woman that got involved. I finally gave in unsure if I would get my delivery and paid them in full. I was told I would be notified where the truck was and how close the truck was for delivery but I had to contact them and ask. My father took delivery for me as I was out of state and he said they were terribly rude and repeated several times that they saved us 1500 extra dollars because of where they had to park the truck. The driver was afraid to go in to the storage area where many trucks had been before and for that he wanted to charge us 1500 extra dollars. Then they put a hole in my couch. He said he didnt do it that somewhere along the line it had been done somewhere else. Now we have to see if theyre going to cover the hole in the couch. I imagine were in for another fight with the owner again. They also asked for a check upon delivery when we had paid in full with a credit card. He finally called and talk to somebody and found out that we had paid in full. No communication at all. Moving can be very stressful and you dont need a company like this to give you more problems. Just that they lied to get my business about payment was enough for me to write this review. Dont trust this company. I asked if they were the carrier and they said they were and I ended up paying three moving companies in total. A total nightmare and a rip off. UPDATE: Its totally unbelievable that they get away with so much and we had no control over anything. When we moved our things to our home we had so much missing. We had bought extra insurance in case of an accident. We were told it was the smart thing to do. We had a RC Car missing, a hole in our couch, a box of bed linen, a very expensive rake, big damage on a floor lamp we had to throw away and a broken control panel of our expensive treadmill. The guy they sent out had worked for them for over 30 years and told us that the theft was unbelievable and he had enough business to work full time for them. What does that tell you. This company does not give a crap about you or your belongings. Go to another company for your move. My next step will be to see a lawyer. This company is a total rip off. They ending of giving us $69 for all of the missing and damaged items. How is this fair? Its not. My RC car costs $500.00 alone. It was a birthday present I can never get back. Please be aware. I dont want anyone else to go through what we have with this company. Youve been warned!!! UPDATE: They reopened my case and denied it again. They steel your stuff and damage it as well. If you are even thinking of using this company dont. If you like your stuff and want to keep it use a POD. Nobody can get into your things but you. Oh BTW they control their FB page and have bogus comments. Beware!

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and thanks for the 2 members of your company (Ray G and Matt B) for their professional work during my tenure of preparedness and movement of my household goods. Their attitude, personality, skills and knowledge of packing, staging and loading of the household was truly done in an extremely professional way. The planning and operational support (IE) keeping separate the 2 shipments going to 2 different locations then the loading of the U Haul trailer was truly a site to watch. I thought that they would never be able to place all the household in the trailer but again their knowledge and professionalism of movement and packing was incredible. Their personality and assistance during the move made my move a little more enjoyable then I figured. Being in the military for 28 years I thought I knew moving but the team of Ray & Matt showed that much had been missed and their care and feelings were much to behold. Again my truly heartfelt thanks for a job well done. I had a requirement for 2 separate moves during the same time, 1 to remain here in Michigan and the other needed to be prepared for shipment to Pennsylvania. The 2 employees from your company Ray G and Matt B provided truly professional service during their tenure at my home preparing the 2 shipments for movement.; Thought it was quite a hassle to keep the shipments separated they accomplished this with professional results. There were some questions during the pack however with the volume and content one could expect that. Again professional throughout the day with packing and separation of shipments.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ray G and Matt B for their profession work. Thanks guys. It would honor me if your company would provide them a letter of appreciation for a job well done. Throughout my military career (28) years with lots of moves these 2 men were the best. Never a grumbling heard but always, is this ok, would you like for us to do that and just helpful words and assistance all day. I hired Morse to move my furniture out of our condominium(lease expired) and into a storage facility. This was a horrible experience and I urge anyone considering this company to not use them. The movers were incompetent and not trained in how to wrap and move furniture.They dropped and smashed an expensive oak desk($3000.00 value),scratched and dented the headboard to the bed, scratched several other tables and stacked everything so poorly in the storage facility that everything fell over.They were in such a rush to leave the job because it took them so long to figure out how to take things apart that when they stored our items it was basically thrown in with no care at all. They couldnt figure out how to take my bed apart so they had to call in a 3rd party(I had asked the salesperson during the estimate if they could do this and was told no problem). They then wanted to charge me more $ because of this and when I complained they had the sales person call me to say that she didnt remember me showing her the bed and if I was unhappy then she will just pull the 3rd party off the job and essentially screw me over since I had to be out the next day. Also the movers couldnt figure out how to move my headboard out of the bedroom so after damaging it they left it behind without moving it. The next morning a friend and I moved it out in 20 minutes. The movers assured me that since they had damaged so many things that i would be reimbursed in full however I had checked the wrong box on the moving form so when I filed my claim I received -0- money and another bill stating i owed them for the 3rd party cost. It was my mistake for checking the wrong box so I have no recourse. I never received a call from the claims person who assured me that they would make this right nor the owner who emailed me and said if I wanted to talk I should call her. I have moved many times and always used a moving company and mistakes do happen but the amount of damage done and the attitude of these people are beyond anything I have ever experienced. They basically said to me - too bad you picked us to move you and we dont care.
