TOP DOG MOVERS is the best moving company that my family has ever used. Their receptionist, Jennifer, was very friendly and answered all or our questions – and we did have many, many, questions. All were answered to our satisfaction and that is why we hired TOP DOG to do our moving. Before our moving date, we received information from them on what they would and would not move, an itemized list of their costs, what they guaranteed to move, and prices for extra insurance coverage if we chose to do so – but we found we did not need the extra insurance. The company also sent us a list of items for us to check off so they would know what we wanted moved, and also a list of what they had available for a small extra fee (i.e.: bags for mattress/springs, boxes for TV’s). We were told that the movers would come between 9:00am-10:00am, and they showed up exactly at 9:00am (we have never had any other company show up at the first hour mentioned). The two men, Ed and Gerald, were very polite, very efficient, took furniture apart for us, even moved extra things we had not put on our list. By 11:30, they were on their way to our destination with our furniture. When they arrived, we showed them what we needed to have moved within our home, and they very graciously did so, and then they moved the furniture in. They were extra careful, and also put back together the items they had taken apart. They did a wonderful job, and placed everything where we wanted. And when they were done, they had been so careful we did NOT have any scratches or nicks on the walls or floors (every other company we had used in the past had left nicks and scratches on the walls and floors). And their prices were very reasonable, and listed in detail for us when we set our date for the move. Their prices were almost ½ the amount that we were quoted by other companies. Once the move was completed, and we paid, we were immediately sent a receipt by e-mail. For such great service, we also gave the two movers a generous tip. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this company is. We hope they will be around for a long time, because this is the only moving company we will ever use.

1st Class! I called Mike 3 weeks b4 our December move and he gave me a fair price on my move from metro Detroit to north Chicago. On the day of the move, Teddy and his crew showed up at 8pm as we agreed, and they had the foresight to bring a 26ft truck. I guess I underestimated the amount of things my wife and I had to move but Teddy, Mike, and I were able to renegotiate on the spot. I honestly think that any other moving company would have looked at the overwhelming amount of furniture and boxes and would have tried to reschedule if not cancel. But Teddy and his crew took on the whole task which took them most of the night and in the freezing cold no less! Our things filled up the entire 26ft truck up to its gates. After all this work, Teddy and his crew started driving out to Chicago the next morning. Long story short, they delivered all my items in working order and only one dresser had a scratch on it. Teddy even offered to buy and mail us a kit to fix it. They put our california king bedframe together and even helped bring in existing furniture from the garage of the new property. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the work ethic and professionalism. Will def refer them to everyone I know!! Thank you Teddy for helping us out so much!!

Terrible experience!! They were scheduled to arrive at 9 am never showed, never called to say they were having staffing issues and would be late!! After several calls I finally got the owner on the phone who promised me they would move me today that was 11:11, at 2:32 he finally called me again to say he still had now idea when they would be able to move me today! I am stuck between two houses and would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this company. They have no costumer service and are very unprofessional. I will be hiring a different company

We could not have been more pleased with their service! The two men who moved us were very polite, communicated well, moved quickly yet did not display a careless rush. They were better than on-time as they were scheduled for a Saturday morning. I mentioned during the schedule that I may be able to do end of day on Friday if they finished their previous job early and wanted to work on a Friday night. They did call and gave me that option, which I took. You would never had known what a long day of moving they had.

I just want to say WOW! I have moved twice in the last two years and what a difference your company is compared to others! DeAngelo and his crew were amazing! What a great bunch of guys! Very professional but fun at the same time! Although I tipped them what we could afford, it certainly was not what they deserved, I truly wish I could have given each one $100 because they were incredible!! Thank you so much! Although I hope I never have to move again because three times in two years is more than enough for me

Called Top Dog To get a quote for moving 7 miles away from our current location. Joe, from Top Dog came out on August 11th to assess our needs and said he would e-mail us the quote that evening or the next day. It is currently August 25th and we have not received any quote from Top Dog. We have since made arrangements with BOSS, who was able to quote us their labor rates over the phone, along with other charges and scheduled our move within the next week.

Top Dog recently helped us moved from Novi to Bloomfield Hills. We can not say enough about how hard working and courteous they are. We had modular desks that ended up having some issues and these gentlemen figured it out and got them in our new office with no complaints. Thank you Top Dog for making our move go so smooth!
