The salesman/estimator under estimated our load, move time and cost by 76%(nearly double). My move was estimated at eight hours load and unload. It took seven hours to load and five to unload. They underestimated the number of people needed. Three men where provided atleast four was needed. One truck was sent that couldnt carry the entire load. The size of the truck needed was underestimated by atleast 50%. An additional truck was sent causing time to be added to the move while waiting nearly an hour while the movers hung out in their truck. It took two hours and twenty minutes from completed load to delivery at the new location 43 miles away. The movers documented they took a 30 minute lunch which was deducted in the bill. The guys that conducted the actual move did a great job loading, unloading and assembly. Be prepared to pay a lot more than quoted if you use this company.

First of all I had to ask them to place pads on my hardwood floors. Then the movers haphazardly shoved my mattress between the ceiling and stairs, and damaged my brand new home. There was damage to the walls as well as the ceiling. I was told that I would be contacted by someone to reconcile the damage…that never happened. In addition, after the movers left I realized that one of the movers had completely bent my dryer vent hose in half preventing the dryer from venting at all. Thankfully I realized it or else it could have caused serious issues…like a fire. I would suggest finding a different moving company.

As a professional driver of 31 yrs I know how crazy "shuttles" can get, but my guys from this agency were great. Very hard workers who got the job done, with great attitudes, and high skill levels. It was a VERY long day for everyone, but all went well. Thanks University.
