The mechanics they employ are hacks! I had been in last year for brakes and that went fine, but when I came in for a power window that wouldnt go up, it was out of their league and they tried it anyway. After 3 days of attempting to replace the motor - I was told it was "fixed". When I picked it up, they told me that the window works great, but the door lock (same door as window problem) is now broken, because "a little clip thing" just broke off when they removed the door panel. I said "so you broke it?" To which the mechanic replied "no, it just broke". Jack ordered replacement parts and said he would take care of it, I declined to let his mechanic "practice" on my door again as I was trying to get it ready to sell and didnt want more problems. In fact, when I told the mechanic in question that I was trying to sell it, he said "how much you want for it?", I said "at least $12,000", to which he said "well, I would fix that lock if I were you, I mean whats a few hundred more when youre going to make $12,000." Clearly, this guy is not a real mechanic and I blame myself for taking a window problem to a muffler shop in the first place. Fawzi motor was there before and his operation was incredible. Jack and Sarah have big shoes to fill and cant do it with staff like they have now. Jack and Sarah are friendly and honest and yes it is very clean, BUT their mechanics are ill informed and unprofessional. This is not Fawzi motors anymore!!!

Jack, the owner, has such integrity to what his vision is of an auto service station and ensures that whatever he services is not only done correctly, efficiently, yet fair in price! I, fortunately, was told by a Honda dealership service representative that they would have to charge me $2500 for a new muffler and suggested I go to Meineke on Stadium. I was able to get my muffler, brakes, an alignment, air conditioning fixed, and all new tires for half the amount of what was quoted for my muffler! Thank you Honda for providing me the service that is always professional, but most of all for caring enough to guide me to Jack at Meineke on Stadium! In my estimation everyone won on this experience. Plus the bathroom is cleaner then most restaurants!

Came here 04/29/2017 to check a transmission leak and was told they would clean it up so it would be easier to find the problem. By the time they finished I was told about a $47.50 charge for the cleaning (30 minutes of work) which could be used as a credit in case I was back for the service. I dont mind paying for service done BUT I should be informed in advance!!!!! Definitely not coming back to this type of business.

The entire team at the Stadium location in Ann Arbor were so professional and so helpful. I needed to get my car fixed ASAP, Ken at the desk was so kind help find all the parts I needed and had my car in and out in under two hours. Well worth the $400 I spent and I will be back for more repairs. Thank you all for the hard work, the dedication and professionalism made this experience worthwhile.

First of all very aesthetically pleasing lobby area, well stocked and clean. The lady at the front desk, Sarah, was immensely helpful and made my experience very pleasent. My mechanic, Jack, was very explanative and did the work as quick as he could manage. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, just make an appointment, as a walk-in you may be disappointed by an already full garage.

This shop is great! Jack and Sarah are super honest people and have never tried to upsell me or do unnecessary work. They even gave me a better price on parts when their supplier charged them more than they felt the cost should be... who does that?! Will definitely be going back. Be sure to make an appointment as they get pretty busy especially on Saturdays.

Kenneth was very responsive and knowledgeable with their free inspection on the general mechanical condition of my vehicle, including brakes, an oil leak, and an exhaust leak - elective repairs for which the cost wouldve exceeded the value of the vehicle. Another repair shop mightve simply quoted fees and for unjustified repairs. Highly recommended.

Sent my son there for exhaust work. Scheduled appointment for a Friday. He was told that if he had the work done on that day it would cost $560 or he could come back on Monday and it would cost $380. Not too ethical in my opinion.
