Customer service needs to be a little bit better. took my car in at 9:30 ish in the morning.i set up an appointment for 9. im not from the area but i brought my car here because i herd it was good. (40 min drive). i told them my issue and they took a look at it but i never got a call. i had to call them around 4:20PM just to get an update. and they said they had to tear it down to look at it. and it would be about $89 but they couldnt find any issues and it would take a couple days. i said no because i needed a car im not from the area they said ok. then called me back right after, saying they did find an issue and could get me a rental and i said no. like really? it took 7 hours just to test drive it? time wasted in my opinion. wont be coming back until i get better service. Extra note. the day i set the appointment (day before ) i talk to the owner telling him what was going on with the car he seemed very nice and was concerned about the car and my safety! i think it was the employees upfront who diddnt care for me or the service.

Worked there for 3 months as a general service technician. The owner Rob is not a good guy, but really wants someone who will get more sales than I did, I got 25 to 35 billed hour sales per week with minimal comebacks at 95 per labor hour he charges. Plus, they want you to go above what your being paid for flat rate to diagnose a No Problem found condition. The diagnosis for the transmission problems are to pull the trans pan and "look inside for major debris" . Thats their criteria for a trans pull and rebuild. And then the they will give you a estimate for 3000$ dollars to rebuild your trans. I literally saw them rebuild a trans 3 times and then send it out to the dealer. I Literally saw them redo a Chevrolet avalanche rear end differential 6 times and it still made noise. Kept telling them it needed a new rear end housing. ASE master tech.

I am a frequent customer to A plus. I refuse to go anywhere else and will continue my loyalty as I am a huge fan! Their service has been "on spot" for every visit.They arent the auto repair establishment that takes advantage by any means. Rather its a simple oil change or something more costly, I highly recommend A Plus Transmission. The employees are all very pleasant and are willing to work with you. I especially appreciate the shuttle service for which Ive had great conversations with those gentlemen as well, either being picked up from home or taken home. If for any reason you are dissatisfied? I was introduced to Rob, the owner, from a friend of mine. My friend had told me A Plus Transmission and Auto Repair was a great place to take your car with any kind of problem. Years ago, I took our Yukon XL there for some transmission work. The vehicle ran great afterwards. Recently, I took my car there for an issue and Alex was able to fit me in very quickly. He called with updates and my car was fixed promptly. That was weeks ago and I have not had any issues with it since. I would highly recommend A Plus!

This was the first auto shop I have used in 10 yrs and I can not praise them enough. When o had a transmission issue 5 other shops I called automatically said I needed a new transmission but a plus said that might not be the case. They were right and saved me at least $2k. A solenoid pack replacement was all I needed and though I had an issue after I picked it up, Alex worked with me to figure out what the problem was and took care of it. I can not thank you enough and I will definitely use you guys in the future!

I dealt mainly with Ron and Alex. They were both professional and friendly. They worked with me in determining what needed to be done on my vans transmission and took care of the problem. They also pointed out a couple of other matters that needed to be addressed, without putting any pressure to do them right away. Im very satisfied with the work done and my van runs so much better now. Great job! Im planning to go back in a couple of weeks to have another matter taken care of.

We needed transmission work on our 2000 Honda and after considerable searching decided in A Plus, even though it was quite a drive for us. I am certain that the quality of our rebuilt transmission is the same or better as what we would have got working directly with Honda - and - at a much better price. A Plus understands transmissions, They are honest. They are customer oriented. I am a happy customer!

Not knowing the extent of the repair A+ called me to keep me up to speed on the findings and costs associated with the repair. Proceeding with additional testing/mechanical intervention was in my control the entire process. Third major repair (different vehicles) we have had A+ completed for us over the years. Very Honest Shop. I just had them do some front end work on my truck, including tie rods, control arms, ball joints, and brakes. They called me before my truck was originally supposed to be done informing me it was ready for pickup and that the total ended up being less what they originally thought. My truck drives like a brand new truck and its all thanks to the guys up at A plus.

I was very happy with the service I received from the folks at A Plus. Competitive prices and very friendly/professional staff; Ron was especially pleasant to work with. I was even brought into the shop where the technician showed me and explained to me what needed to be done. Ill be back when the need arises!
