DO NOT GO HERE. I wouldnt even give them a star if I didnt have to. My car stalled in downtown ann arbor on Friday and I had it towed to WAC for the convenient location. They said they would look at it first thing in the morning and call me after they found the problem. They never called and when I called them they said it was the transmission, which did not make any sense because its a manual. I asked them to call my dad who is a mechanic and they never called. I finally called them again on Monday and they said they had to "pinpoint the problem" and they would call my dad by 5pm. They never called him so. I went there and my car was covered in snow from sitting all weekend...so I had my car towed from their lot to a dealership where we found out it was the clutch. Im guessing they didnt even look at my car and they assumed it was the transmission even though its a manual. I have never been treated so badly by a business in my entire life. I do not recommend them to anyone for any purpose. If you want something small done go to Victory Oil Change down the street, theyre honest and fast.

Everything has been great I am almost ready to pick up my pick up my truck and that should happen today Saturday 7/8/17. They quoted me a great price to replace my water pump then suggested that because the water pump is run by the timing belt that I should replace the timing belt and the other timing components and the total amount with the timing belt, water pump and timing components was not much more added to the total bill. I took their advise and added the timing components. I went to pick up the truck and everything was perfect they did a great job and the price was what they told me with a few extras thrown in at no charge. I would recommend them to friends and family without having to worry about the job they do. Everyone knows about people that expect more than can be delivered and I expect a lot they did all that and more. I am the last guy on the right with one of the Muay Thai fighters I helped train. Thank You for the great work and "super integrity" that is very hard to find now days. . Henry Bauer

I am a college student on obvious limited funds. I went in for a QUOTE on a tune-up, and they went and removed spark plugs and the wait time was 3 days when they said it would be same day. They found numerous other errors that I wasnt concerned about at the time, I just wanted a tune-up. They kept trying to sell me on more services that I didnt want. Anyways I got sick of them trying to sell me, I knew what I wanted and nothing else. I told them to forget about it and they said "we will put everything together for you" while rolling his eyes. When I get in the car the next day the max speed I could go in my car was 35mph.Under the hood they sabotaged my car to make it run worst. I was late for work and got written up for my lateness. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen in my 23 years of being on this planet. The staff is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and I highly recommend nobody NOBODY take your car to these morons. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

I dropped my car off at 3:35pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I had asked one of the mechanics there to add R-134a to my car and he was going to charge me over $100 to do so. I said forget it, so I just thought o.k. at least change my oil and rotate my tires. I asked how long should it take. The woman who was talking on the phone to one of her friends or someone like that told me that it would be an hour, so I went home and relaxed. I went back after an hour and 15 min. The woman still talking had me rung up and then I realized my car was up in the air. They told me that it would be an additional 20 min because they had not even done my oil change, the main reason I went there. I dont live far, I just needed to have them be upfront about the time and not have the woman talking to someone else while taking care of me. They dont know how to treat customers and then they charged me twice. RUN AWAY!! I will never go there again.

I went to Auto Care Center this year because my car was stalling and wouldnt accelerate. They told me that the car needed a tune-up and also it needed a case block replaced. I gave then 140 dollars, to replace the case block and the car ran EXACTLY the same afterwards. When I told the mechanic he said that it would run better after the tune-up, but he wouldnt be able to do it until the next day. Thats when I got a little suspicious. I went to another mechanic "Sams auto care" down the street, and he told me that the car didnt even need a tune-up and that the car fuel injector was the problem. He also said that the case-block couldnt even be the problem. I doubt it wasnt even replaced. Now my car runs perfectly. Conclusion: THIS IS A POOR PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. THE FACT THAT THERE ARE NO POSITIVE REVIEWS ATTESTS TO THE FACT. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This shop is an OK shop if u want to put up with the hassle of BSin. The owner name is ASH he is the king of BSin. They do ok work. I have spent plenty of money with them, only because when need sum work did everybodies too busy and they aleast have u bring it in . They r over priced but wen u need sumyhing done ASAP u have to pay the price. Its gud to never have them diagnose ur car cause they will add stuff into what actually needs to be fixed. Example u go to get an alternator fixed they gone sell u an alternator, brackets, and serpentine belt and charge u 2 hours labor for an 20minute job....... Cant say I will stop spending money with them but they are my last resort shop....and to confirm what others said they are SHADY...Ash, Mahif, etc P.s. only one person at an auto repair shop has to be licensed. The others r call techs have to have no license or Nuthin...

Best Mechanics in Washtenaw County! Im a single mother of four and I took my car in for repairs at Auto One for a "no start" and was quoted 850.00 for a fuel pump and fuel filter. I had my car towed to Washtenaw Auto Care for a second opinion. Washtenaw Auto Care were very honest in their diagnostics and told me my problem was only a "fuse." And the best thing of all I wasnt even charged. Like I said Im a single mother and its rough at times as it is so helping me out in a time of need shows how considerate and kind they are to their customers. They have definitely gained a lifelong customer. I love this place and I recommend everyone try them out very helpful!
