After 5 years, Im over it. I walked out of the salon with hot roots and a hairdresser who dismissed what I tried to say and accused me of altering it after I left, said it didnt look that way when I left, and this, again, was after 5 years seeing him. Went to see the owner for correction. Rino was very nice, very professional, listened really well, and took the time to show me what was possible, and asked me to give them another chance. I unfortunately wont be giving Figo another chance because its too awkward and the damage has already been done. I just hope certain stylists learn to pay more attention to their LONG TIME clients. I dont appreciate paying full price just to have an assistant/junior stylist do my hair during my appointed time with the stylist, and the actual stylist himself spends my appointment time with another client. Just rude. Figo also told me they couldnt do much to help fix my hair. I went to another salon to get a color correct consult and was told she had to fix a lot of hair that came to her from Figo. A damn shame.

The only good experience here was the first visit I had 5 years ago with Morgan. I thought I could trust them to give me the color I showed them in the picture but after returning twice it was still nothing compared to what I actually requested. She even insisted it would fade to the right color after I asked for it to be re done. I actually had henna on my hair and the color didnt take to my hair.It also bothered me how fake all the stylist acted and said my hair looked great as they werent even done with it.This is just an over priced salon where you pay their assistance to do your hair. When you book an appointment with someone you expect it to be with them not their 3 assistances because the stylist has 3 clients booked within 30mins of each other. And when she did cut my hair (the only part She actually did) she did what she wanted and didnt even cut all my hair, there were a few sections uncut!! This upscale salon needs a rude awakening.

I LOVE FIGO SALON!!! I enjoy going into this very well kept salon every week to have my hair done. The staff are always courteous, helpful and kind whenever you walk in. The stylists are fantastic along with the assistants. The owners, Rino & Kristina are exceptional along with the front desk staff and the management personnel. A very warm and pleasant atmosphere - It is so relaxing I want to fall asleep while I am there enjoying great service. Maria Collins is my stylist and is fantastic, she always makes sure I look perfect every time I am there - she has a special artistic ability to make my color highlights & cut perfect each and every time. I highly recommend this salon for not only their excellent hair color & cutting but for the courteous staff they employ.

My family has been going to FIGO for many years now. I received a coupon via email because I had not been there in awhile since I went away to school. I used the coupon to make an appointment for my mother and told them so. When my mom went in for the appointment at first the management refused to honor the coupon and then the manger in an extremely nasty tone told me that they would honor it but I would not be receiving anymore coupons and told me the hairstylist would not get paid because they were using this coupon. While the hairstylists there are lovely their management is awful and were extremely rude because we tried to use a coupon that was given to us legitimately. I found her need to threaten me with the hairstylist not getting paid extremely off-putting.

Wendy is the BEST! She does the best color, the best cut and the best blow out. The salon is beautiful and immaculately clean. The stylists and their assistants are very knowledgeable about color and cuts. They have a lot of training to make them the BEST. Figo is about 25 minutes from my home. I probably pass 10 salons on the way, but Figo Salon is well worth the drive. I would highly recommend Figo Salon especially Wendy!

I have been a customer at Figo Salon for a long time. Never have I been to a salon that gives such wonderful service. And I have lived long enough to have been to many salons throughout the years. When you walk in almost everyone knows your name, wants to take your coat and offers you a drink. And they are very, very prompt. Rino gives me an exceptional haircut. I am sure that I will be a customer of Figo forever!

First visit to Figo today. I usually never leave reviews because with my busy schedule I just dont have the time but I had to take a minute today. Joy was my stylist and not only was she extremely knowledgeable but I walked out feeling great. I loved the color and cut. She gave me exactly what I wanted and is helping repair my hair instead of damaging like my previous salon. Thank you Joy! Im in joy

I was super pleased I cant remember which stylist did my hair but Im a blonde and I had a horrible brass root and alot of ashyness to my ends thank god I went here they saved my hair I get so many compliment on my blonde hair and she did it without further damage definitely going back its worth every penny and I never ever take the time to do reviews so this says a lot sorry for all the grammar errors

I absolutely LOVE Figo! I have been going there for close to 10 years. Corinne is an amazing stylist, and my color is always innovative and perfect. I love the compliments I receive. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and I always manage to leave in a great mood. The customer service is top notch. I would never go anywhere else. Ive been a client of Sylvias for the past eight years. The color and cut I get from her are gorgeous, and I am get compliments all the time. I rarely suffer from bedhead because her cuts fall naturally into place, and it takes little time for me to do my hair in the morning. The salon itself is a gracious, inviting, upscale place, and I love going there. I wouldnt trust my hair to anyone else.

Whenever my hair is in a need of a fix, Kirstyn knows the right color and cut. I always enjoy my visit to Figo Salon, it is relaxing, and everyone at Figo is professional and I leave loving my hair!

I just moved to Michigan and had Figo, and Rino, recommended to me. I move a lot, and have had many good stylist over the years, but Rino is the best by 100%! I didnt have my old color formula, but he matched it even better than the stylist from my previous town. I went back a week later and had a blow out by Kara and I was just as pleased. Love, love, love this place!
