Prices are reasonable, however the salon is borderline unprofessional. No one was rude mean by any means, however the staitions were a mess, and definitely not a "spa" experience. I went in for a trim and maybe some more layers. I left with very choppy very blunt layers and two holes in my hair, not to mention it was completely wet as I left. I mentioned I usually can let my hair air dry because I dont have time to blow dry it and I tend to wear it wavy with product. I left with wet undone hair and no product. Perhaps I should have said something at the time, however my usuall experience with salons is much different. Never have I left a salon with out them doing something to my hair, even if its wet and wavy they usually put product in and try to help the wavy process. I called a different salon the next morning to see if I could get fit in for a fixer cut and luckly I did. The moment I sat down in the chair, before I could say anything the stylist notices how blunt and choppy and uneven it was. She noticed how there were two holes in the cut as well. She fixed and blended everything out as well as she could, now its a just going to have to be another long process of growing some of it out again. Needless to say , unfortunately I will not be going back to this salon. Sometimes people have off days or are distracted( which the stylist seemed to be. Talking to her co working the entire time instead of paying more attention to myself and the cut). Maybe others have gone and had great experiences, this was just not the case with me. Maybe it was miscommunication on my part as well, Im not really sure. Just be sure to tell them exactly what you want and the style of cut you want( point cut, razer and blended.. ect.)

Erma ruined my hair and charged me 3x what any other salon would charge...even a high end salon wouldnt come close to what she charged me. I showed her a picture of hair from one of the classes she helped out with for Lisas "balayage boot camp" yet she made my hair 1 color, platinum blonde (not at all what I wanted). She had bleach in my hair for over 7 hours! I kept asking if she was leaving it on for too long because I didnt want to be too blonde yet her and Lisa claimed it was fine. When she finally showed me the final product it was white with blotchy spots all over. They tried lying and saying it was the light but I kept taking pictures to show them it wasnt just the lighting. Lisa tried to tone it down but it made it more blotchy. I was so mentally and physically exhausted after being at the salon for 9 hours (I was only asked once about an hour into my apppinyment if I wanted water). I was then charged over $300 for hair that I never wanted. Erma is extremely unprofessional and she should not have her own chair. I was disgusted that she charged me for her mistakes and had me sit for hours with bleach in my hair while she took other clients. The salon is dirty, out of date, and unprofessional. Do not let them ruin your hair too.

My mom & I took my sister here for some pampering during her pregnancy. Honestly, we ended up here on accident, LUV overbooked and told us not to bother showing for our appointments, so we walked in on a Saturday. Understandably, there was a bit of a wait, but it was Saturday after all... The nail tech fit us in and was very friendly and sweet. She did a fantastic job on our nails and feet! She used high quality products and was receptive to what we wanted. Their prices on nails are very good! I dont think I will have my hair done there though, the work I saw looked very good, but is not in my price range.

I GOT ROBBED BY ERMA. Bottom line. I agree with EVERYTHING that the person below me said. I too was charged 3X MORE than what I was initially told AT MY CONSULTATION. I was quoted 175 but ended up paying 365! THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS people... for HER MISTAKE of not leaving toner on long enough and having to do it again. She also took me TOO PLATINUM BLONDE when I showed her a darker, ashy, contrast balayage. I was never offered a drink or a snack after being there 8 hours. The salon is ghetto with nails poking through the roof and unmatched decor from a garage sale. DONT DO IT. PERIOD.

1 star just so I can write this negative review about their service and how they let me walk out with my hair atrocious. Looks like its half done like I could only afford half a hair do. Then they said they would refund me. Then call back saying they wont. The manager is just as rude as the lady, I understand people can mess up hair but take responsibility and make sure I leave happy, I most definitely did not, I tried to get blonde highlights and she made me look like half a skunk and left all my roots gray which I specifically wanted colored.

Best salon I have ever been to. I get my hair, nails, and eyebrows done here and I have never left disappointed. In fact, I would not ever go to another salon again. Lisa and Erma have both worked on my hair and they are both equally AMAZING AND EXTREMELY TALENTED stylists - as are all the staff here. I would give this salon more than five stars if I could.

I worked with Lisa who had the worst customer service. Ive never experienced such horrible service as I did with her. I was being extremely nice to her and her attitude and behavior was very cold and disrespectful. I will not be returning here and I will make sure my friends and family know about their services since we all attend this salon

GREAT atmosphere! Lisa did my hair and it looked fantastic.. I agree with the person below me i can truly say theyre the best in this game!! Erma assisted Lisa and she styled my hair so gorgeous.They both are so honest and kind and will not damage your hair badly

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, clean shop! Coffee, tea, wine, and cookies always available while getting waxed or a haircut. Nail techs always able to apply your ideas to your nails, reception staff is super friendly!

Lisa and Erma are the best. Flat out. Really good service from them both and Lisa is truly talented, she refuses to color your hair unless its in good health and shell make sure it get there.
