My sister and I had an appointment this morning at 10:30, we was 10 minutes late due to weather conditions outside. I would have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had... Im not sure the ladys name was but she had a HORRIBLE attitude the entire time... It took 3 1/2 hours for a simple color change, she got hair dye on my forhead and my temples (deep brown, black) and did not try to remove it till we went to the sink, so now I have a discoloration on my face. She took way more then what was discussed off because she noticed some parts of my hair that did not take she cut off... Im not sure but they defiantly told me she was one of the most experienced there... Id beg to differ... I will NEVER return here ever!!!

Didnt get a change to experience this salon....they had a Groupon promotion so I called for an appointment. Everything was going OK until I mentioned that I had a Groupon. Then her attitude totally changed and they said they didnt take appointments for Groupon users on Saturdays. This was not disclosed when you purchase the Groupon - there was no restriction on what day you could use it. Needless to say, buyer beware as they have shown a lack of good customer service. I wonder what would have happened if I didnt mention the Groupon when I made my appointment?

This salon is more than a hair salon. They have many other services, such as eyelash extensions (one of my favorites!). The staff is close to perfection! If you want to look beautiful for a glitzy night out, go to Antoines. Or, if you want to be shown how to look your best (in many different ways) so that YOU can successully do it yourself, go to Antoines. What else can I say? They are wonderful.

It was my first visit and wont repeat! I went there for a trim and got a completely different hairstyle! i was appointed to someone: Alex, who obviously got carried away! And then has the nerve to convince to bring him more customers for 20% off, which, btw, everyone gets for a first time visit! Would recommend Zena, from Prime Salon in Troy, MI in the Wal-Mart Plaza...

Was looking for a place for a mani while I waiting on my car to be serviced... ended up here. Im 22.. and a lot of the clients where older for some reason.. but was very professional. Everyone is nice.. theyll come up and just talk to you while you wait. Great environment. Will come here for my next hair change and update how it went.and of course good manicure :)

I love love love my eyelash extensions from Erseila. I am very happy with the length and volume. They are dramatic, yet somehow still look natural. Most importantly, they last for weeks, even after a 9 day vacation in Mexico. Erseila is also very personable and professional. For these reasons, I am now a repeat customer with continuous fabulous lashes☺

I have been going to Alicia at this salon for years now. Hands down she is the best stylist that I have found! She is amazing with color and does awesome updos and haircuts too. Not only is she talented but she is so friendly and really cares about making sure you happy. I highly recommend her!!

Such a joke. Bought a Groupon they ended up charging me extra anyway no matter what. Showed the girl a picture she did something completely different. The color not even close. Called her to fix it and argued about the color being there same. Not even CLOSE. Will never go back

Absolutely love my eyelashes from Erseila! Shes able to make them look so natural, which is exactly what I wanted. This is my 4th time coming here for eyelash extensions. Im now addicted! Highly recommend.

Went here for a haircut. My stylist was christine who was very nice, gave me exactly the haircut that i wanted. One thing i didnt like was tht i did not get my first time customer discount.
