I went here to have my AC control unit replaced, they replaced it and the new one didnt work properly, so I had them replace it under warranty again. It took them a few tries, and they still didnt get it right (maybe 5 different units). This is not their fault, I understand that parts can be defective. However, they didnt even test them properly when they put them back in, one had a button that hardly moved. Strangely, they called me and told me my car was ready to go, so I went to pick it up, but for some reason it didnt start. Turns out the ignition security system broke, and it took them a while to figure this out. They wanted to charge $3hundred some to fix it, so we told them no. They said they had done $60 worth of work already, and wed have to pay them that, even though I expressly stated warranty (free) work only when I dropped the car off. They then offered to do the whole replacement for $200ish so we agreed, and they fixed it, but they put my steering wheel back together incorrectly, and now my horn button in the steering wheel doesnt work (the horn still works). Complaint has been filed with the BBB. This place is terrible.

i am a certified mechanic , i had a problem with my truck on the way into work , perfect tune was close so i gave it to them to repair, i was to biz y to fix it myself, they called and said its the pickup coil it will be 256.00 so i said go ahead fix it, i drove by perfect tune paid them and pick my truck after they had closed. i drove the truck 2 miles, same problem the truck failed, they were throwing parts at the problem hoping it would work, each time charging me in till they could come up with the solution, being a mechanic, i now understand what people hate about poor repair facilities , they are learning how to fix cars on your dime, and not excepting responsibility for misdiagnosing the problem . i would not take my car to perfect tune unless you like to throw your money away . this is a true statement and not exaggerated, i will never do business with perfect tune. they were good when bob Thomas owned it ,RIP.

We moved here a year ago and asked the previous home owner to tell us about any service businesses he was happy with. The only recommendation he offered was Perfect Tune. We gave them a try and have never gone anywhere else since then. They have serviced our two cars; my daughters car; and my son and daughter-in-laws cars. The work is done promptly, they always suggest money-saving alternatives and back-up the work they do. My wife loves it because she can consult with them when she is not sure what to do and they give her all of the alternatives and costs. I have been thrilled because the work they do on my Infiniti G35 costs about 1/3 of what dealers charge for the same work. I recommend them to friends and enthusiatically give them a rating of "Excellent"

Had them do some work on our navigator. Had both front and rear pinion seals replaced on it. They did the rear one twice and still leaked. The front one leaked. The one in the rear went out when we were out near Lansing... gear fluid all over the vehicle. Then I wanted our parking brake fixed as we tend to park on steep inclines from time to time. I paid them $221 to fix it. I got it back and it didnt work. When I called there, they said "yeah it wasnt holding here either." ARE YOU SERIOUS??? You KNOW there is a problem and STILL charge me and send me out the door? STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Brought in my mustang that i snapped a bolt off in a pretty rough spot putting my new exhaust on. I was quoted at a shop in hartland 100 to remove the bolt and 320 to put in the mid pipe and adjust the cat back, perfect tune had me in and out with my shiny new exhaust seaming in about an hour, for less than a 3rd of what the other guy would have charged me. When the new pipes were tapping somthing a few days later they got me right back in and adjusted it free of charge. Excellent work, excellent speed, excellent service, needless to say I will be back whenever i need anything.

With 5 drivers in our family we have had several vehicles. Perfect Tune has been our repair service for many years. They have done it all from front end work to replacing water pumps, alternators, radiators, door locks, etc. Their prices and service have always been great. I took my 2004 Saturn Vue in for some need work to Perfect Tune of Brighton and I must say that I am very happy to have chosen them to do the repairs. Not only was Chris & the team very professional in greeting me when I arrived but all so showed excellent customer service in promptly returning the estimate of repairs back to me. I called Perfect Tune at 8:00 am, dropped my car off at 8:20 and without an appointment they were able to get the parts needed and fix my car by 4:00 that day. There was no pressure and they were very easy to deal with. Their pricing is very fair and they seem to find ways to help keep the cost down rather then finding new problems to add costs. I will be using Perfect Tune for all of my auto repairs.

Ive taken my vehicle into Perfect Tune several times and have always received honest consistent service with excellent results. George, Jeff and Chris have gone extra mile to ensure my car problems were fixed quickly and fairly. They recently stopped a squeeky rear end noise by cleaning and lubricating a bushing and didnt even charge for it. First time thats happened. I highly recommend these guys.

First time I took the car outside of the dealership for repairs. The team was awesome. They fixed a major problem the dealership didnt detect that would have ruined the motor. The price was exactly as quoted, the car was delivered back to me earlier than promised and I was kept informed during the repairs. Perfect Tune is my new preferred home for our families car repairs.

Matt quoted me exhaust price night before made appointment for the next morning I arrived early he got me in they ordered wrong size get right size and told me was cheaper when they got done it was cheaper than the 2nd price....he was very cordial and polite the whole time . I usually do a lot of my own work but I would most definitely take more business to them thanks guys.

As a returning customer over the years for various jobs on several of my familys cars, i can only say nothing but great stuff about the mechanics. They do a great job on the various repairs that I have had done. I would recommend them to anyone (I guess I just did!). Each member of this shop are courtious, well educated and simply good people in their field. BRAVO!
