CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This is to let you know you need to check behind ppl when you go have things done on your car. I took my 2005 Chrysler PT for an oil change in 5/2017 @ Precision, which was where I took all my cars. No issues thus far but I had my hubby check and there was a stripped bolt put on at the time of the oil change and they failed to inform me at the time. Fast forward to today, 7/3/2017. I took the PT back to Precision for another oil change but this time I knew the bolt was stripped so I was waiting to see if after the oil change someone would tell me....Nope, that didnt happen. So the manager bring in my keys and tells me that Im ready to check out BUT I bring to his attention-how did you remove the stripped bolt and did you put the stripped bolt back on the car. He answer was-yes, he put it back on. So I informed him that if this was done there, why not replace it I mean the customer should be satisfied but he says I would have to pay 12.00 to replace the bolt that they stripped and this came from the manager. So then I ask for him to check the records of the last visit to find out who did this and the female employee says Chance is no longer with the company (convenient to blame someone thats not there to defend themselves) but then the manager proceeds to tell me that he was incarcerated, front of other customers. This will be the last time Precision touch any of my vehicles EVER...*Please check their work and dont take what service they say is done as done properly*

First, I wish there was an option for zero or negative stars. The amount of unprofessionalism presented to customers is a top priority for precision tune auto care. I will never return here and try to prevent anyone else from using their services due to the amount of time I wasted at this monstracity of a facility. I presented my vechicle to their "technician" about a possible AC recharge. The first attempt to fix my problem came at the expense of a new AC compressor belt due to the previous belt being removed from existence while in operation of the motorized vehicle. After the new belt is installed, new lines were also installed. While being told this would take approximately 2 hours, I astoundingly combined a total of 6 1/2 hours at "precision" auto tune care. At the end of my extremely long wait, I was informed that my AC compressor was locked up, and that I would need a new one or find a used one and that would fit my car. I returned a week later and was told they were too busy, but to return on a Saturday morning and I would be first priority. As I arrived on Saturday morning, I observed I would no longer be a first priority. I was told it could possibly be done that day but most likely not. After much frustration I decided to take my needs to another service. I am confused as to how precision maintains a stable business due to the lack of professionalism and overall kerfuffle.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received at a mechanic shop. All of the mechanics (not just the one working on my car) were very friendly and did not make me feel like an idiot. I came in for an oil change, but a few more issues came to light and they were very helpful in explaining to me what was going on (even joking around which is refreshing). They mentioned that the previous management was not as it should have been, but now they are making strides to create a better business. If you had bad experience in the past, check this place out again. Would recommend to anyone with no hesitation!

These people are absolutely wonderful. The receptionist. (Meagan) I think. Makes you feel like family. Explains everything to you in a professional manner. They tech guys who change the oil ect. Are so skilled, neat and fast. This company is a pleasure to go to. They make sure they give you the best price, highest quality of service and VERY fast! I wont go anywhere else. Chance the tech guy is awesome!!

The previous manager was not very helpful dealing with a brake job that they did on my truck where a bolt was left out of one of the calipers and did some damage to my wheel. Meagan and her manager handled this situation very well and made it right with me to where I am very satisfied. Im glad they are under new management and treating their customers fairly.

I just had my air filter changed 3 months earlier when I got my oil changed, but some how they recommended that I needed to have the air filter replaced and get an tranmission fluch. My car is 4 years old with 44K miles and according to the mechanic, a car needs a tranmission flush every 70-100K...okay?

Good service. They forgot to reset my oil indicator, so I took it back and they fixed it. Tired to get me to spend extra money trekking me my transmission fluid was extremely dirty, but I left and had it checked immediately and there was nothing wrong with my transmission fluid.

SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!! They messed up once and I gave them another chance and guess what ?!! Messed up again ! NEVER going back. I went for an oil change, next morning woke up to a puddle of oil on the driveway ! Second time even worse !! Stay away !!
