BEWARE!!!!!! After taking my 2013 Soul to have repairs done I was treated like dirt. They tricked my wife into signing a POWER OF ATTORNEY so they could HURRY and cash the INS ck and then left my car to sit almost a month. I had to start calling to see when my car was going to be finished after calling three times in one week they finally started the work. I get a call saying the car was done and I had to pay for the rental car? WHAT? so we hashed out a deal on that and I take the car, right to another shop, 1ST light on that says lift gate open and Lawrence said its just a switch bring back next week, WHAT? you have my car a month and cash the INS cks weeks before and I have to bring my car back? 2ND there is a gap between the lift gate and body you can stick your fingers in all the way to knuckles? They said they fixed the upper body above the lift gate lol cracked and paint peeling already after 1 DAY! We are now having a third party inspector look at repairs so we can start legal proceedings to fix this car right. I cant wait to see this joker in court! UPDATE!!! took it back to give them a chance to fix the vehicle properly and as expected I have caught Lawrence in out right lies telling me the car was with the painter for 3 days now I went to ck on it and found it parked outside not any painting done at all so he has had my car AGAIN for 1 week and has failed to do anything besides a small amount of bono work that they didnt fix right the first time. Lawrence loves to say that $1500 worth of work takes a week and he stated he needs two weeks to fix the work he didnt do right to start with so $3000 of a $4700 was done WRONG!

Went to this shop to have my car fixed after I hit a deer. They were great up front, and sounded like they would do a thorough job. Got my car back and while it looked good, paint was good, hood aligned good, ect.... as I dug deeper into their work I realized that there were a lot of things they did not do or said they would do and didnt. First of all they didnt align my wheels correctly, as well as they didnt put the valve stem caps back on, there is also a ticking in the wheel. A couple weeks later I got an oil change and realized there was a burn hole in my air filter, which was perfectly fine on my last oil change before their repair. Dont know how or what happened to the air filter, but it looked like people were using it as an ash tray and then thru it back on my car. It would be very hard for me to recommend this repair shop, while they did do a good job on the cosmetics, the interior repair and attention to detail was very lacking, lets just hope my paint doesnt flake off after this winter.

I have now taken three different vehicles to The Collision Shop in Brownstown and with each experience I have been very pleased. A few weeks ago I had an accident which required an insurance claim. As soon as I got to the shop, Lawrence, the manager, made a call to Citizens, who promptly set up the appraiser to see the car the following day. He also set me up with a rental within half an hour. Work began immediately. I also benefited greatly from the discounted deductible! I got back the car a few days ago and am extremely pleased with the work that was done. I even hired the shop to repair a large rust spot on the other side of the van which I payed for independently from the accident. The charge was minimal and it looks like new. I now drive a nine year old vehicle that I thought was on its last legs, but now I plan to keep it for several more years. Lawrence kept me informed on the progress and was courteous, as well as his staff...in particular Chris. Thanks, Collision Shop, for a job well done!

This place is a joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my 02 exploer limited here to have the right side doors and uniside assembly fixed. it took them 7 months to get it done. When my girlfriend asked for a rental after 3 months the owner said i wont eve entertain that and hung up on her. He lost my keys and key fod. Then asked me if i had a second set like he wasnt responsable for the first set. Car keys are not free. So when i went to pick up my car my freshly painted door has scraches on it one of the door pannels does not match the others and the plastic around my steering column is broke from him replacing the ignition instead of having a key made he cut my plastic molding on the rear door frame to put in the rocker. Bottom line this guy will keep jackin up the price and return your vehicle with other issues it never had. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If u do go here expect to call him at least once a week. Otherwise it could take a year befor u see your car again.

We had a lot of front end damage on our Chevy Malibu. We took it to the collision shop and they were great people! They set us up in a rental car right away! The manager assured us that the car would be taken care of and repaired in a professional manner. They repaired the car and made it look better than it did before we brought it in for repairs. We were amazed at the repair work due to the fact that my wife and I thought the car was a total lost and could not be repaired. Thanks Collision Shop for making us whole again!!

Drivers side car door dent repair. Received car back with poor paint quality, wavy. Tint on window scratched. Took car back to have fixed. Received car with interior damage. Passenger door panel not secure. Scratch in pass seat leather. Center council scratched. Went back a third time and asked politely, "What we can do about this?" "We cant do anything" So, it looks like I am taking Lawrence Feagin to court.
