Buzz-Off automotive. I think the name says it all. They essentially want you to buzz-off after they have taken your money. I got a groupon for interior and exterior detailing, looked like a good deal for the services that they said they would cover. Made an appointment, I was told it was a 6 hour job so handed the car over almost 7 hours before they closed. When I arrived, before closing time to pick up, I was watching them work on the car. it literally looked as if they had taken the car 15 minutes before I came in and started working on it. When I got the car back, inside and outside was still wet and there were some stains still left on the seat. As I drove away I realize that they had not even put the mats back in and had to drive back to retrieve them. I have no faith in a store to perform repair services when they cant even get a simple detailing job done right. Be careful, it definitely looks like a place with a bunch of young kids in it. On the only plus side, the person at the front desk was very courteous and professional.

This was a terrific experience! Im new in town, and I decided to go with Buzz Off after being scared away from Mickey Shorr by their terrible reviews. Plus, I had found a deal on Groupon for the remote car starter I wanted to get for my husband for Xmas. I was told by Mark that some cars require an additional fee due to some sort of fancy computery thing in the vehicles key. I brought my van in to see if this applied to me, and if not, I was going to schedule an appointment and come back for installation (we only have one car, so the timing had to be right). I got there, and within 5 minutes Mark had told me the fee would not apply to my car. And then instead of scheduling an appointment and going home to buy the coupon, Mark got me in immediately and the remote starter was installed in under an hour. The service was friendly and helpful. The job was well done and quickly done. And Im sure my husband will be very happy with his gift...but hell just have to wait until Xmas to find out about it!

In 2012 I had my 1999 Ford F-350 undercoated at this facility. With 3 months it was falling off and both doors were rusting through when there was no rust there before. Come to find out they clogged up all the water drain holes in both doors so there was water just sitting in the bottom of the door. So they said they would re spray it which they did. But that came off in weeks. Took it back they refused to do anything. The second thing I had them to was paint my roof at the same time as the undercoating. The roof had sun damage to the clearcoat not the paint. so I thought they would sand the clearcoat off and then re clear coat it. Well I looked on top of the truck 4 years later and it needs to be compleatly redone because they didnt sand anything they just cleared over the old clear coat now this one is cracked. There customer service is horrible and I will never trust them with my vehicles again.

Very poor communication with customers. I had ask to have my headlights looked because I believed my ballast on my headlights was shorted. I was not told I would need to pay just to have it looked at. There mechanic cut of my old ballast from my headlights and my relay. He threw them on the counter saying they where a junk brand and to buy theres at $75 a piece. When I mentioned I seen the same ballast he showed me online for less than $30.00 I was told I had to pay a shop fee for them to cut out my wiring and to tel me what I already knew. When I tried to explain to the mechanic I was not informed of any shop fee prior to them taking my vehicle he brushed my off and Ignored me and walked to the back. Great way to run a business.

CAUTION ..TO ALL...THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A RIP-OFF AND THEY BUZZ-OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE PARTS OR SERVICE I PREPAID FOR SO THEY COULD ORDER THE PARTS...THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO INSTALL WITHIN ONE WEEK, SO THEY WOULD BE ON MY VEHICLE FOR A TRIP. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. Following my trip, I contacted them, and asked for a refund since they had not delivered either the parts nor the installation. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company they lied several times...telling them I had the parts.... THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS BUZZ OFF...WHICH IS WHAT THEY TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS OBVIOUSLY.....BUT THE REAL NAME OF THE COMPANY SHOULD BE "RIP OFF" BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE

(September, 2015) After shopping around for a long time, I finally decided to trust Buzz Off with my vehicle window tint. I couldnt be happier; its the best tint job Ive ever received. I highly recommend their auto tint services. They offered three (3) tint options, standard, HD (high definition), and ceramic. Each progression costs an additional $100-ish. I choose the HD version which seemed to offer the exact shades of grey I was looking for. Dont take my word for it, go see for yourself! Visit their location and check out the cars theyre working on at that time. You will see upscale cars getting a flawless tint job. That was proof enough for me.

I took my 1999 Mustang to Buzz Off Auto to have the engine cleaned and the car detailed. The car is 13 years old and has some normal wear and tear, but when Buzz was done the car looked brand new. The employees and owner were all cordial and professional. My car also had the windows tinted by someone else. It was a terrible job. Buzz Off was able to remove the old tint and re-tint the care at a reasonable price, and the tint job was wonderful. I recommend Buzz Off to anyone who needs any type of work or service on their vehicle.

Had high hopes. Got my car interior detailed and then when received it back it had a horrible mildew dirty sock scent to it. I called and mention this smell a couple days after trying to let it air out. They said to bring it in again and they will correct the issue. Took it back exactly a week later and when I drove off yet again still smelt horrible, then noticing that the carpet was SOAKING wet. Which was possibly the problem the first time. Extremely disappointed and now i cant get the horrible smell out. thanks Buzz Off

Took my car to buzz off to have the windows tinted. HID kit, and also a complete sound system and alarm. A big job but buzz off managed to have it done for me the next Day! awesome company to deal with. They had the cheapest price around. The tint job was done really well and ive had all my vehicles tinted and this is one of the best ive had. I would recommend it to anyone. They also have a lifetime warranty on most of the stuff they sell which is rare for a custom shop.

I highly recommend Buzz-Off! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but seeing as I based where I went to get professionally tint installed on reviews, I decided to do so. These guys take their time, a lot of time doing their job and doing it right. I am more than satisfied with the window tint job they have done on my 2017 Ford Mustang and would recommend them to any friend. Ask for Mark!
