Poetic Justice

Im not sure why State Farm and their claim agency went with this company but Im having a bad experience. I came here and theirs gates blocking the so called entrance so I wasnt sure if I was allowed to park their than a tow truck almost ran me through and before that a lady came out looked around me and kept walking! Like someone please just tell me where to park. I called the number of the company and the lady said it was fine parking behind the gates. So after I find the main office everyone is ignores me and no one greeted me. Im still sitting here after 15mins with five people just having a lunch break and Noone is acknowledging me at all! I mean come on, I give me a break.
