Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee (that I bought there by the way) there to get looked at for what appeared to be an oil leak. They diagnosed and said it was an oil pan that needed to be replaced and that it would cost $600. It was approved, paid for ($590.78) and it was theoretically done. Great! But, it wasnt so great. The truck came back worse than it went in. The leak was still present. The truck now shuddered and was unbalanced. And, the oil pressure gauge and the temperature gauge were non-functioning and the check engine light was on. This is simply not right. I requested that it be towed back (it cant be driven because of lack of oil and possible oil starvation) and properly fixed. Kyle the service manager wouldnt pay for the tow and wouldnt guarantee the repairs or that it wasnt properly fixed the first time. Huh?? Instead he wanted to argue incessantly with me regarding the diagnosis and repair. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Stop payment! Its now with an acquaintance who will take good care of me and will fix the truck right. After buying 2 cars there (it doesnt matter whether I bought 100 according to Kyle) I think i deserve better service and treatment. I will NEVER go there again! They have lost my business forever! The truck is now officially dead! They killed it due to their negligence. Theyll see me in court!

Very unhappy, at first was histatic working with them, very happy as I have been working on rebuilding credit ...having a hard time getting approved they got the job done for me on a 2012 Audi A4 ...the car appeared to be in a great shape ...they made me finance a warranty into the loan amount no big deal..it gave me peace of mind knowing I would have coverage and was able to take the car to a Audi dealership for work or so I thought ...shortly after having bought the car the intermediate steering shaft broke $990 later it was fixed because it wasnt covered under the warranty the dealership promised me was on thier ...then last week ..complete engine failure ...now the warranty company wants to put a used engine In the car and Im going to be out another $800 due to a discrepancy in labor per hour coverage ( that I was not told about) overall I am not happy because I feel the dealership knew the car has issues and sold it to me as is ....thats why making me put the warranty on....the steering shaft was less than a week from purchase ...would recommend if your having credit woes ....but thats about it ...really do your homework before you jump the gun like I did.

Their honesty and commitment to service is truly exemplary! They’re quick to forego expenses whenever possible and never try to sell anything that’s not needed. Twice now on my recommendation, a friend has driven from Canton to Village Automotive just to get a second opinion before spending over $1000 on a repairs suggested by another dealer. Both times, people at Village Automotive spent over 20 minutes carefully checking for the alleged problem, and then another 10-15 minutes proving why the repair wasn’t needed. All this at no cost. Today I took my car to them simply because cold air caused the tire pressure to change. I’d planned to pay for a tire rotation and get the pressure adjusted. They looked up my last rotation, found it wasn’t yet necessary, and insisted on fixing the tire pressure in all the tires at no cost. Even if you’re not in the market for a Jeep, they’re a great place for used cars and for maintenance on any make and model. If you’re looking for kind, honest, folks AND the best car care, give them a try

Reviewing as an employee who worked for Village Automotive less than 3 hours... Came in got the job for Service Advisor, seemed straight forward and was told the pay would be good and based on sales as well.... Well when I arrived I was given an employment contract as well as employee handbook and just to say the least I was incredibly insulted by their lack of information and professionalism towards their new employee.... If I were to list the pay youd all get a good laugh Best part is that they literally wanted me to work every hour the dealership was open and get paid pennies... Good luck with your new (real)dealership, because Village Automotive was hilariously run down in its service dept. Hope you can get the smell of cigarettes outta there!

Worked with Alex Rose to get a used Fiat 500. Really cool dude, not a high pressure salesman like I met at every other dealership. He actually bothered to get to know us and put up with all my high maintenance nonsense for the whole buying process. Its worth pointing out that all of their used cars Were priced at or below true market value based on Edmunds. That is huge! Most dealerships price cars a few grand over and then expect people who dont haggle to get screwed. Here we didnt have to haggle to get an awesome deal. Buy your car here!

If you HAVE to come here, bring a laptop. I give 2 stars for free wifi and nice staff. Besides that be sure you have NOTHING to do the rest of the day, may be the week off? They will tell you it will be done in 2 hours, but you will have double that and in that time they may have started on your vehicle. My first experience was with a scheduled oil change that took over an hour and a half and then I gave them a second change with some service. Will not return.

Do not trust this place. I brought in my jeep because the check engine light was on. They told me they could take care of it. I sat there for 2 hours and after they ran the tests they told me that it was covered under warranty but I would have to go someplace else to get it serviced. They mislead me to believe they could service it themselves until after they had already stolen my money. I would seek service anyplace else besides here.

Their parking lot was so littered with unsold cars there was literally no parking for those that were there to be serviced. I came in for a simple task - an oil change - and was told that not only were they not available that day, but that I needed an appointment! It was mid-day. Their demeanor was haughty and dismissive. I was looking for a new place to get service. I recommend you find someone who knows what service is.

WARNING!!!!!!!! DO NOT come and purchase a car here. I bought a 2010 truck for 19000$ and broke within the first six months. Only 64k miles!!!!! The warranty only covered part of the fix. I was told buy the service manager that it was not his problem. They wouldnt even fix the leaks in the tires that they sold me with. If you value courtesy DO NOT COME HERE

Ive been taking my Jeep here for 2 years and they are always more than fair and honest. A couple of times I thought I needed work and they told me I didnt, (asked for a tuneup when I had the radiator replaced and they looked in their files and told me I wasnt due for one, things like that) I highly recommend their service department!
