I recently took my Corvette there for several deep scratches (wasnt able to buff them out) on the lower bumper that I needed fixed. I feel like most other shops would have laughed at how minor they were (I still knew they were there) or charged me an arm and a leg but I feel Jeff Conroy (the owner) understood where I was coming from as far as someone who really takes pride in their vehicle. He gave me a very reasonable price and his techs did a very good job! I did not want the whole bumper repainted over some scratches and his techs certainly showed skill with the repair. I cannot tell that anything ever was there and that anything was ever repaired. It looks factory new! They also fixed some other nicks and chips that I thought were very deep and could not be repaired without me having to point them out and the price remained the same as the initial cost that was quoted to me. I definitely recommend this shop to someone looking.

I went there to fix dents on a door and replace a cargo room side window of my SUV. They fixed everything perfectly, but there are several cons. (1) Their initial estimate is around $1000, but their final bill is about $2600! It seems they replaced and refinished many unnecessary parts. I believe this is because I used insurance. They know I only had to pay $500 and the insurance company had to pay the remaining balance. (2) It took 5 days to fix it even though I took in the car after the parts arrived at the shop. There are many cars in the shop waiting for repair. They could handle scheduling and appointments more efficiently. Basically I like the place because they are skilled unlike a notorious body shop in Troy, but I hope they improve in the points mentioned above.

Absolutely fantastic service. I did a number on my vehicle (some of which was inexcusably my fault) and Jeff at Quality Coach was both courteous and personable throughout the entire process. There were three separate repairs that needed to be made, and at the end of the process, I was impressed by how utterly unable I was to discern any evidence of the original damage. The initial quote I received was also completely reasonable and comparable to the final amount I paid. All in all, Im almost looking forward to the next time I make a boneheaded decision and damage my car, because at the very least, I know Ill be treated well at Quality Coach.

I have dealt with Jeff Conroy 3 times in the past two years, and every encounter has been a positive one. He fixed my Chevy Impala when I smashed the fender into a stop sign during the icy road conditions during Michigan Winters, also repaired my dashboard when a burglar broke in and stole my navigation screen. Also fixed my new Chrysler when it was rear-ended in the summer. This is the only place to take your car when you need repairs. The owner will personally take care of you every time which seems rare nowadays. This is the only shop that will have your car in and out, no worries no hassle, no nonsense!

Ive rarely been so invisible. I now know about their delinquent electric bill since that was what the young woman who was supposed to be the receptionist was discussing over the phone. In a side room I could hear men laughing (lunch bunch) but no one had the slightest interest in why I came in. I left and went to another collision business. They obviously are so successful that their business model is to ignore potential customers.

Quality Coach goes above and beyond and leaves its customers feeling extremely satisfied! Great work and friendly staff. Even made sure I had a last minute rental vehicle for the work week by paying out of their own pocket for it. I wouldnt rely on anyone else to do the amazing work theyve done for me! This place was great at one point; now their work is really bad and the (lack of) customer service from the owners son leaves a lot to be desired. Im still unhappy with the last car I took there and in the end I paid them (just so I didnt have to deal with them anymore) & have decided to take it elsewhere to fix their mistakes.

Have had several cars repaired here (domestic and foreign), and have been very happy every time. Jeff Conroy (owner) has bent over backwards to meet my schedule and needs every time. Excellent communication. I would not bring a car anywhere else to be repaired ever again!
