Is your blood pressure too low? Do you have a lot of time to spend arguing? Or maybe you just dont have enough stress in your life. If anything above is what you are looking for, look no further this is the place for you. Not only will they make false promises about return dates, they also dont return your calls. And you have to go see them in person. The lovely receptionist there look so depressed that youd think they were paying for the car repairs. I needed a few minor repairs done, repairing and repainting a bumper and a fender, getting an alignment, fixing the ABS and fixing the traction control. I took my car in June 21st. They ordered the parts brought my car back July 3rd (the day they asked me to bring it in) And I got my car back July 14th. I was promised it would only take 3 days. I had to call and go in a few times a week. When I finally demanded my car, they brought it to me, they didnt give me an alignment, fix my abs or my traction control. They told me I would need to pay to get it inspected, after I already paid for everything. Take your car anywhere else to get it repaired, I wouldnt trust these guys with my bicycle.

I leased a 2014 Buick Lacrosse in January 2014 from Suburban Buick with the intention of purchasing it at the end of the lease. Unfortunately, I was an auto accident with only 814 miles on the car. Damage total was $3,500. Good news was that nobody was injured, however, the idea of purchasing the car went up in smoke. Friends recommended Fischer Body Refinishing for the repairs. I called Fischer Body Refinishing to make arrangements to drop off the car. Bruce Domke was my contact person. Bruce was awesome! He set us up with a rental car and he even handled calling the insurance company for us. Bruce kept us updated through the entire repair process by calling us twice a week. Bruces final call was that the car was ready to be picked up. Our car had special order black metallic paint and we were nervous that it wouldnt match and that youd be able to tell that the car was in an accident. But that was not the case at all. Body and paint work are perfect! Purchasing the car is now back on the table. Thank you, Bruce, for all that you did to ensure that the entire process went smoothly.

An unfortunate fender bender put me in search of a body shop...I went to Fischer Body Refinishing of Troy, as it is close to me. Joe Gleason greeted me within 2 minutes and we walked the vehicle. The passenger door would not open, and I could not leave it until the following week - but Joe managed to get the door to function so I could at least use it. When the appraiser cam to my home I asked him about his experience with Fischer, and he highly recommended them. I picked my Jeep up today, clean and shiny, looks like new... right on the timeline promised. Joe took care of every detail I asked him to address... Paperwork was seamless and I could not be happier with the service.... and appreciated working with Joe!!!! Thank you!

I had a really bad experience with them and will never go back again. Initially they seem to be very friendly and quick in giving an estimate for repairs, however, a 2-4 hour repair job required 5 days and still the repairs were not complete. They apparently ordered the wrong headlamp???? And how many years have they been in business that they cant order the right parts?? They put 130 miles on my vehicle and in the end the job was still incomplete !!! Only after yelling at them did I get my car on the 5th day without the full repairs being done. The final cost came out to be $800 over the initial estimate. I am very dissatisfied and would highly recommend another auto body shop as the customer service at this company is poor.

I went there to fix my windshield strip as well as the gasket of the rear window of my SUV. First, the man estimated the repair and said "the gasket is OK". The rear window was apparently going to fall off (this diagnosis was also done by a dealer), so I had to convince them to fix it. They could finally fix the gasket but could not fix the strip. They meaninglessly put some glue along the strip, but the strip fell off again after 2 days. I called them a couple of times, but could not reach them so left a message. They never replied. I fixed by myself by using two glues purchased at the Home Depot. I never use this body shop again.

Outstanding experience at Fischer Body Refinishing. My vehicle was hit and I filed an insurance claim. I brought my vehicle to Brandon Meservey who took a look at the damage, took the insurance docs, and ordered parts. After the parts arrived I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning, and it was completed by the next afternoon! The work was stellar, and they guarentee their work for as long as you own the vehicle. They offer shuttle service, and theres a Hertz car rental across the street. Overall, this experience was perfect. Highly recommended! Thank you!

I have taken several vehicles to Suburban Collision over the past several years. The workmanship has been outstanding and Bruce is very professional and respectful. This time, however, the experience has been terrible. The person I dealt with has not returned my calls, nor has he contacted me as promised regarding the status of the vehicle.. Very offended by the lack in the professionalism, integrity and respectfulness with which I was treated. Will not utilized the particular business in the future nor recommend it to anyone.

Their workmanship was good. However, it took this shop 3 weeks to repair/replace a bumper (and parts behind it). This was partly due to the fact that they needed an insurance adjustment. However, person in charge of my repair kept giving me repair estimates that were inaccurate (even after the insurance adjuster came) and would not call to notify that the estimated completion date was extended, requiring me to call or even show up in person. Since this shop does not provide loaners, this drove rental costs up past $700. Not fun.

I had a wonderful experience at Fischer Body of Troy, I was referred by a friend to speak with Bruce Domke and I can say I have never been more satisfied with a collision shop. Fischer Body and Bruce have earned my business. Bruce was very helpful in dealing with my situation and I could not have asked for better customer service, he kept me very well informed and made a lasting impression. Fisher Body Refinishing did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my van. Viktor Pjetri was the adjustor who helped me, and he was great. I was informed of everything going on, and the repair took a very reasonable time to complete. The price was less than I expected. When the van was returned to me this morning it looked brand new! I was very happy and if I ever need repairs done in the futue there is no question of where I will go.
