The Canton, MI QuickLane store manager was going to charge me hundreds for a frozen caliper and associated damage to rotor and worn out pad covered under Ford warranty at about 18K miles! He was rude and insisted (incorrectly or dishonestly, I think the latter) that this was not covered under warranty. And he said $100 just for parts for a set of basic semi-metallic brake pads! Even good lifetime warranty ceramic brake pads are only $45 at Autozone! He also refused to install new pads if I were to bring them to him. I went to another local Ford dealership which covered the work fully under warranty and courteously! I would not be surprised if this sleazy guy was going to double dip. RIPOFF AND DISHONEST!

Needed my vehicle aligned, tried to make an appointment. Was told appointments were not possible. OK, called on the day I wanted the service to be performed as instructed and was told to "come on". Arrived and technician had gone home, supplies werent available for my vehicle, in short, service could not be performed. Discussed options with supervisor, realized they were not at all interested in rectifying their mistake. Told them I wouldnt be back and received a casual shrug and a mental middle finger. If they treat everyone like they treated me, they wont be around for long, and their end will be deserved..

Good prices thought I finally found a good oil change, til they told me my oil pan was bad and they already put in a new drain plug. Told me it was pretty common, though oy common problem is somebody stripping the threads out. I changed oil myself previously with no problem no slow drip leak whats so ever. Wont be taking any of my vehicles back there stick to doing my own maintenance I guess.

Went in for an oil change offer I received in the mail, will not be returning. They close at 4 on Saturdays and I got there at 3 and it was my only day I had to get the service done. A guy at the counter asked if we were there for an oil change and quickly stated they will not be taking any more cars even though there was an hour left. Way to go the extra mile for the customer. Dont go here!

I had my 03 escape to have the rear wheel bearing replace along with two front lower control arms and have four new tires put on. The entire team at quicklane were very professional and took care of my car as if were there own and had all the work done in one day. I take my car here my dads truck and my boyfriends car to! Got my oil change here and was done in 30 mins or so. The mechanics are not that tech Sabby with foreign cars, but ended up working out. I had to help him reset my oil life and explain it to him.

Busy on weekends. Good service center but tried to charge me $15/qt for Mobil 1 synthetic. I can buy a 5 qt jug for $25. Went elsewhere to service my Audi. Fine for my Ford.
