Had a coupon for a $19.99 "full service conventional oil change" that states "no additional service fees", up to 5 quarts and Kendall bulk oil. When presented the coupon they asked what oil I wanted. Stated I wanted what was on the coupon. Still had me pick an oil. Also charged me $17 for an oil filter, EXTRA for additional oil even though my car holds 4.5 quarts and $6 to top off my coolant. Told me my coupon took off $12. Total came to $47, which is ridiculous. I would have done it myself had I known they were going to throw in bullshit add ons once they had already started. Dudes were nice and seemed to know what they were doing but like most other "oil shops" theyll try to run you dry and tell you all the additional charges once theyve already started.
