Took my car in for a misfire problem on a Sunday. Monday afternoon I received a call with the diagnostic results and an estimate. I needed a tune up and also wanted my headlight replaced. Tuesday afternoon I got a call saying everything was good to go, followed by a phone call saying that they "forgot" the headlight part of the work order and will need to keep it until Wednesday afternoon. With a full time day job this is quite an inconvenience. I call after work on Wednesday at about 4:30pm and was told they need another half hour to 40 minutes. The technician assured me he would take off the price of the part, which was about $11, but did not. Total came out over the estimate and took way too long. Im extremely disappointed in the level of service I received at this location versus others Ive been to.

While traveling back to New York our drive shaft broke on our truck. The staff here was phenomenal in taking care of us. One worker drove my husband, daughter, 2 dogs, and myself in his personal vehicle to our hotel. Then they spent an entire day calling around to get a new drive shaft ordered. Once we had a new drive shaft delivered our vehicle had been in the shop almost 3 days. The mechanics immediately worked on our vehicle and had us back on the road within 20 minutes. We can not thank them enough for everything they did to get us on the road as quickly as possible. Fantastic group of workers.

My experience was wonderful. Driving home from work in Monroe to my home in Ann Arbor my horn started blowing for no reason. After a phone call to my home Firestone in Ann Arbor, where I am treated like a Queen, I took my horn blaring car to Firestone in Monroe and received the same great service that I always get at my Ann Arbor Firestone. It is a real comfort to know that each Firestone gives the same great service. I was on my way without a blaring horn in a very short time. Thanks again to the great team at Firestone in Monroe and there are donuts in your future!!

They will run you for every penny you have before they actually find the "problem" . Had to pay 900$ to fix abs pump and the brake light comes on not even a week after it gets out of the shop, mind you that they had replaced the master cylinder right before just to realize that wasnt the brake problem, now 900$ later the brakes are still a problem. Terrible service, Im now broke and still have a brake problem.

Sleazy SCAM practices in use at this facility. Told my sister that her 12 Malibu stalled several times during the test drive after tires and an oil change, due to a very weak battery. Anyone with even the slightest concept of an automotive electrical system would call complete BS. This guy couldnt even produce a tangible lie to try to upsell. Hall of shame here folks.

Tried to get us to pay 240 bucks for a battery thats only 180 at the dealership, and then tried to tell us that both batteries were bad when I had both of them tested that morning and one was bad and one was good. Will never use this place again. Tried to squeeze money out of my mom because shes a woman and they didnt think she knew what was going on.

Attempted to have them install a TPMS on my truck and re program it. I was told no that they only installed parts they ordered, yet my part was the same brand they order. Theyre greedy and trying to over charge people by doing a huge price mark up. The part I paid 22$ for was 89$ thru them. Bad business I do not recommend.

Nice staff, helped me pick out a good at of sturdy all terrain tires. They did not have them in Stock but called around and got them shipped in that day so that i could pick it up later that day. I will be picking out some tires for my wofes car soon from here and getting some firestone tractpr tires as well.

Been coming here for a while and spent several thousands of dollars getting my vehicles fixed. I thought the guy at the counter had a poor attitude, and I have no plans to return. Seems to not understand the importance of customer loyalty. I recommend going somewhere else.

105 a man hr average auto mechanic makes 18 to 30 dollars a hr. This place is a corporate rip off. Moyers free estimates 60 a man hr use your brain.
