Short story: Friendly is nothing, if they dont do the work. Went three separate times and never got car service. I will not go back. Long Story: DAY 1: Went to get an oil change and tire rotation... "sorry, we cant accept any more cars today. Come during the week.". I thought, its not a problem they are busy. I did just drop in after all. DAY 2: Same thing. I should have made an appointment, which was not offered the first time. This time I get offered an appointment during my work lunch hour. I agreed on the condition it would be done in about an hour. The man helping, who I assume to be the manager, said not a problem. DAY 3: Car appointment was good and I went down the street to get food, thinking when I come back 1 1/2 hours later it will be done. Go back and they are all just talking in the garage. Went in the garage to get the one that helped me. He told me there are too many cars a head of mine and they have not even started. Just got a weak apology and nothing to make it right. I left and will not be going back. So I took a two hour lunch for nothing...

I have a 1997 4 Runner that I have been taking to Tires Plus for a few years now, however, this time we had some major issues. Upon checking the truck in with Randy he suggested we look it over just to see what is going on. I knew we where in need of possible rotaries, brake shoes, master cylinder, calipers, hoses, drums you name it. They called us with the news and at least is was better than we expected. Master cylinder and calipers seem fine. They did not try to sell us on anything we did not need, that was first time that had ever happened. Apparently Chad was the mechanic and I feel he needs to know that we are happy that the truck stops now without the pedal hitting the floor. Our soon to be 16 y.o. will be safe thanks to you guys! We greatly appreciate everything.

My tire went out one day, and I was unable to tell why it happened (didnt see a nail or anything). I took the tire to this Tires Plus to have them look at the tire and see if it was still usable. They helped me right away. When they came back to tell me the verdict, they said the tire appeared fine now. They refilled it and checked it for leaks, and everything now seemed in order. I attempted to pay them, but they did not want payment. They easily could have taken advantage of the situation, and had me buy a new tire. They were honest and very kind to me. I would certainly recommend them if you are looking for an honest mechanic.

They dont do what they say. My husbands car had a bad bolt on the battery connection, they said they would replace it, long story short, we were stranded a few days later because they did NOT replace the bolt and the car wouldnt start. And now we have to pay for towing, when this could have been avoided when we had it in the shop!! They also said they "topped off" the liquids in his car, come to find out, it was bone dry of coolant. If you take your car there, check behind their work, they most likely didnt do as they said they would do.

2 of my tires worn out after 5 months I did balance there. all other tire shops told me it should be a balance problem. they kind of agree that the two tires should not wear so quickly, (than the other two). they did remove a few fees from my 2 new tires, wont give me discount.

Friendly staff. Good deals on tires. Lifetime alignment service is worth the money. Oil changes are competitively priced. Youll get overcharged for service and repairs. Recommend getting second opinions.

The guys here seem to enjoy what they do and are quite helpful. I went in for a full synthetic oil change and the manager gave me the coupon price ($15 off), when I didnt even know there was a coupon.

They didnt honor the warranty because they said the tires were has bad because they didnt yell us we needed an alignment.
