I recently moved moved to the Toledo area and have used Tireman several times. After my last visit I will not be back! Tireman charges top Dollar for Inferior Work! Last month I had my Ford Escape in for an allighnment. They informed me I needed a lower left ball joint. They changed the lower left control arm EASIER AND COSTS MORE! Now I have 4 new tires,new lower control arm and an allighnment. i drive the car home and everytime I make a right turn it makes a metal on metal clunking sound, that sounded like something was going to fall off of the car! I had the car back several times. First they tell me its the backing plate on the front brakes. I tell them that is not it,it is a serious clunk! They fix the backing plate! WRONG! I didnt even get out of the parking spot and CLUNK! This time the mechanic cuts a notch in my brand new lower control arm so steering bar can clear the new control arm! REALLY! That sounds like a real quality part and a real quality solution to a serious problem. That did take care of the clunking but it now makes a grinding noise when you turn right! NEVER BEEN RESOLVED! Today I go in to get the AC fixed on my Ford Fusion. After waiting over 3 hours and paying over $100, they inform me that its a $35 sensor and it will cost me $459 plus tax! REALLY! That seemed very expensive to me,so I drove down the street to the compition! They replaced the sensor for $227.36! WOW! HALF THE PRICE! THAT REALLY MAKES ME WONDER WHAT ELSE I HAVE PAID TOO MUCH FOR!! I work hard for my money and dont like to be ripped off! I highly recommend getting a second opinion and a second estimate before letting this Tireman store do anything for you!

I am from Indiana, I drove my 2001 S.U.V. that I purchased for my trip to Maumee Ohio to my mothers, In Fort Wayne I stopped for a break, it would not restart, I let it sit and retryed with short little turns of ignition and it restarted, it sputtered and conked but made it to Maumee, My mother uses Tireman as her service on her car, so we brought it to you the next day, The man behind the counter said sounds like the fuel pump which I totally agreed, Ive had a past truck with same problem, you kept my S.U.V. for 2 days, told me you could not find no problems with it! So I picked it up, parked it in my mothers garage for 1 month while we went to Florida on vacation, On Feb. 2nd,2013, I drove my S.U.V. back to my home in Indiana, nonstop, thank goodness, the weather was snowy and cold and very dangerous conditions, On the 3rd of Feb. I drove it to my local store in Indiana and it would not start, had to have it towed and to find out low and behold it is my fuel pump!! Shame on you, and thank goodness I did not break down on the side of the highway in that bad weather! We were trying preventful problems by bringing it to your shop, Beleive me, my relatives and their friends will be warned about your service that you gave to me, Kim Marchese

Probably the worst ive ever been treated getting my car fixed. Was first quoted 150 for two front tires, when it came time to pay it was 200. When asked why it was an extra 50 the guy being preoccupied with a personal phone call about his godson, just pointed at the bill. I honestly dont know was possessed him to treat a paying customer like trash. Then when we paid he stayed on the phone the entire time and was using hand motions to tell us what to do. When we left he didnt say bye, didnt say thanks for your business. The man stayed on the phone talking about his godson and personal business, when he was suppose to be taking care of a customer. Please dont let this happen to you go to another place of business where you will be treated correctly. Oh and the extra 50 dollars wasnt a big deal, it was the fact that when we asked he dismissed us for his personal phone call. SO DISRESPECTFUL

Well I went on a Saturday to get new tires and I told them to put the white letters on the out side and guess what nope they sure didnt and I sat there for 6 hours and I told them to put the white letters on out side so I had to go back on Sunday to have them switched and guess what they couldnt balance my tires right And broke 2 of my center caps they told me about breaking the first one and the second one the guy didnt even tell me just laid it in my seat so I went back him they never got my truck balance right until Tuesday and had to replace my center caps. I will never go back there for anything to be done again ever there service sucked and it should t have took 3 times to get my tires balanced right. So I wont send anyone there matter fact no one should ever come there

HORRIBLE! Took one car there. They flushed the coolant and when got it back, Heater core wasnt working. They gave an estimate for over $800 to fix! Got an Oil Change on a 2nd car, got it back and the oil pan gasket needed fixed/replaced because it was bad. Wasnt bad or leaking before i took the car in. They gave me an estimate for that for over $300. Lastly took a 3rd car there. Had an oil change and tire rotation done. They cleared the car and said everything was fine. 4 days later a ball joint breaks and the axle shaft breaks because of that. That cost over $700 to fix! Every time we take a car there something else is wrong when we get it back or just days afterwards. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO TIREMAN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Took my car to get tires rotated and went back 2 days latter because of sounds it was making. Told the guy I had just had the tires rotated 2 days before they took it back and looked at it. After an hour and a half later come out and tell me that my tire shouldnt have been rotated they were worse on the front then they were on the back currently. I proceeded to ask a man why they allowed the tires be rotated then 2 days prior. I asked him shouldnt you be doing what is right now what is just said?? He said yes we should have caught that.

Very irritated with this specific location... I work 60+ hrs a week and have a very small window for when i can get my vehicle serviced so when i saw tire man opens at 10am i expect to ge in at 10 when they open, but when i get there at 945 they had most defiantly been open b4 10 and when i ask to get an oil change they tell me its a 2hr wait minimum....

i CAN HONESTLY SAY IVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES AND BAD. DONT TRY TO SNOW A WOMAN, ESPECIALLY ONE THAT WAS MARRIED TO A MECHANIC FOR 30 YEARS, WE LEARN THINGS! HA TYPICALLY A GOOD, RELIABLE PLACE, AND THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THAT IS WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK. BUT ONE MORE DISRESPECTFUL SNOW BALL ATTEMPT AND IM DONE.
