I just went to get my oil changed at Novi Firestone and Karly has been moved to another store. But, not to worry Scott Burrows is the store manager now and he is wonderful. Scott is very honest and truly cares about his customers. He makes sure the customer is satisfied and is very professional. I wont take my car any place else. As long as Scott is there Im a customer. Its hard to find place where you can trust them and know they are being honest with you not just out to make money. Novi Firestone is the place to go. Thank you Scott. Karly Butcher is the most honest person working at auto shops. I used to go to Speedy where Karly worked, when she moved to Firestone I followed her. I totally trust her. She wont try to sell you something you dont need. I was impressed with Novi Firestone and the way they trust their customers. I would highly recommend Karly and Novi Firestone.

As anyone who owns an automobile knows, maintaining it can be costly especially when repairs are unexpected. I believe the staff at Novi Firestone understands and values that. They are honest, and dependable. Which allows them to work with you on pricing to ensure that you get quality parts, service, and proper maintenance. Carli in particular rendered great communication letting me know what I needed, why, and how. She was patient, and did it all with a smile. So if you dont have tons of money to throw at repairs or.... a new vehicle, and you want to keep your existing car on the road and performing at an optimal level....,drive, swing, push or pull your way into Novi Firestone. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Service!!!! These guys saved our vacation. While traveling through Michigan to visit family and friends we had the unfortunate experience of a flat tire. We happened upon this store and upon going in to ask for help with our tire we noticed the smell of fresh paint. Well. I have to say these guys are the absolute best. Fresh paint, fresh faces and a knowledgeable staff had us back on the road in no time at all. Thank you to everyone at Novi Firestone for saving our day and our vacation. We would highly recommend this store to anyone traveling through or locals in the area who may not yet know what a great local store they have right down the road.

I brought my car in for alignment with adjustable control arms so that the alignment will actually meet factory spec. Alignment is not something easily done without proper equipment. While the front desk and service writer was quite helpful, the mechanics refused to work on the car (when they had previously done an alignment on this very car and said even after I paid them that it was out of spec at -3 degrees in the rear). Ive now wasted a day of my time on something they very easily could do as they HAD done it in the past but were simply too afraid to take care of an existing and returning customer. I wouldnt recommend using them for service.

Go see Scott if you need tires. I was set up to have tires installed at a nearby firestone center (Stay away from Northville) and they told me they couldnt get my lugnuts off (?) They told me I needed to go buy new lugnuts @ $330 and they would get my tires installed. I thought this was odd so went over to Firestone of Novi. Scott pulled my car in and had them check to see if that was true and they had my tires pulled off and within a half hour my new tires were being installed.

A little late on this but I wanted people to know, the crew at Novi Firestone went out of their way to help me out when I was on an extended road trip for business and suffered a tire failure. They found a very difficult to locate set of tires for my car and had one of their employees drive a good distance to fetch them so the repairs could be done as soon as possible. They got me back on the road and working again in the minimal amount of time. Thanks for the extra effort.

We were at the Novi location on a Friday mid-morning, unfortunately for a flat tire. Dreading the worst news, Karly explained all of the possibilities and solutions putting me at ease. Thankfully in less than an hour, the conclusion was the best news possible, no new tire required. The waiting area had a desk with wi-fi information, a couple vending machines, and kids area to play – all very clean and organized. Best tire experience I’ve had in years! Highly recommended ;-)

Diagnosis is not their strong suit. After spending over $450 the signal, brake light and wiper problem were not fixed. Needed to go back and spend an additional $300 for repairs and wipers still have a mind of their own. They would say they couldnt reproduce the problem but as soon as we got into the car after the repairs the wipers went on. You would think theyd take off a few bucks for not getting it right the first time. Will try another mechanic next time.

Awful service!! Spent $350 on routine maintenance like new breaks, oil change, wheel rotation and wheel balancing. Came out with a fluid leak, noisy steering and horrible imbalance going anything over 60 mph. they totally denied any problem, refused to work on the car and they were so incredibly rude to me. I dealt with Customer rep Manny who was very very rude and condescending. I have been going here for more than 3 years but i will NEVER go back again.

Brought my Dodge Journey there today to get the brakes done. Tony, the Asst manager, got me in, and gave me a coupon-discounted price saving me $100. Only $130 per axle including pads (I supplied rotors). Other shops I called wanted much more. They were able to get me in right away on a Saturday while other places were swamped. 1 Years parts and labor is a standard solid warranty. Glad I found Tony and the shop. Ill be back.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I just came in for an oil change and Karly at the front desk helped me. She really knew what she was talking about and I never felt like she was just trying to make money off me, like I feel they do at some other places. I couldnt be happier with the quick and friendly service, and I wont be taking my car anywhere else.

They suck 100%. I went there for changing oil but they drained my transmission fluid which caused my transmission failure. They refused to be responsible till SOS involved. They replaced a transmission for me under SOS pressure. But they still hook the transmission wrong!!! Had to go to a dealership to fix that. Avoid that place! Service is terrible, technician is terrible, owner is terrible!!!

I went here and got my shocks/struts/ball bearings replaced. I ended up taking my car to a dealership a year later only to be told I needed my bearings replaced. They charged me upwards of $1200 here to get them replaced and never replaced them! This is NOT something that should have worn down to the point of replacement in the course of a year. Avoid this place or be extremely cautious.
