i dont know why is a 5 stars. probably the person who gave the good stars are friends? My experience with tutur time in canton, this place is a worthless piece of child care service. I was told at front on the 1st day that 3 full days will be $212. but everyweek they over charge me (on average $220/week, with a very poor explaination). When i questioned them, then they make it right. But over 7 weeks (regretfully), they overcharge me $30 (well the 7th week, they charge me $228, i dont know where that price came from). When i asked, the director said:"i dont know". I cant help you with that. Piece of junk...anwser. it took them total of 6weeks and 5 request (from us), then finally they made a password for us so that we can get into the door)....They never showed us or telling us that we have to check-in or check-out our daughter with the computer. Until one day i asked, and the response is:"we will give you a passcode so you could do that"....worthess piece of sht on the second day of the 7th week, i got a phone call from them tell me that my daughter got a high fever (101.3F) and i need to come right away. Then i came and because when i hold my daughter up, i feel her body was not that bad fever. Then i requested for a tempeture measurement again, the baby at that time, refused to help me do that. she said:"i am busy with 3 kids..so i cant help you, you have to go to front desk". Fine i go to front desk, and the director there told me to go back to the room and have the babysitter does it. Fine i went back to the room, and once again she said no.i went to front desk again, to found out after 20mins waiting, she will not help me (because ?????). So i rushed back to the room, still the babysitter refused. Luckily, another babysitter showed up at the door and she offered help. thanks GOD. The measurement turned out 98.9. But then they said well you will have to plus 1degree of uncertainty. That made it to 100F. And the conclusion, i can not bring my daughter back within 24hrs. Holy piece of sht. If all you need to tell me that, then just go ahead and tell me, why make all difficult???? Bye bye tutor time canton, i wonder how you got the 5 stars rated???? Maybe from the staff???

We have been going to Tutor Time in Canton since my son was born in 2006. The staff is consistent, friendly and always engaged with their students. Since he was very young, I have felt that my son has had a head start in learning, and I owe this to the teachers here. Living in Canton, we had our choice of many daycare/preschool facilities; I visited fifteen different centers before choosing Tutor Time. We even have friends who own a daycare, but Tutor Time provided a structured learning environment, caring and dedicated staff and a center that sets safety as a priority, all which influenced our decision. Their facility in Canton is clean and organized and my sons day, while routine based, varies daily to keep it interesting. My favorite part of attending Tutor Time is that the director is constantly seeking out activities to bring to the center. My son has participated in soccer, a weekly preschool computer class, gymnastics and music. While these are an additional expense, it is important to me that my son gets exposure to different activities because both myself and my husband work full time, making it difficult to do any extra-curricular activities during the week. Every morning, my son asks, "What day is it?" He does not care that it is Friday, he cares that it is "Puterbugs" (the in-center computer class offered to preschool and pre-k students). The center also offers some of the best hours we could find (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) which was important to our family since our schedules are inconsistent. We will continue to attend Tutor Time as my son begins preparations for kindergarten as he is so comfortable there.

Today on Oct. 2, 2015 I called tutor time to check on my four year old daughter. When speaking to her teacher I was told she had tripped and fell and got some minor bumps and bruises "normal four year old bumps and bruises *with laughter*" exact words. When speaking with my daughter I could hear the teacher telling her she was ok. When my daughter was picked up there was a bandaid over her eye. When her father was called around 10am he was also told she had normal bumps and bruises. When the bandaid was taken off, we saw that what she had was not minor bumps and bruises, the skin all around her eye had been scrapped off. This was not communicated to us and the faculty simply wanted to keep sending other people to give an explanation, which we never got, as to why we were not told the severity of her injuries. For my daughters eye to be raw I did not know anything I should have. I am very upset and very disappointed in the facultys lack of communication!

The hours are unbeatable, they offer excellent enrichment programs (extra cost, but well worth it), biometric entrance, field trips for the older kids and provide lunch & snacks. A few things I dont like - too long of nap period in the Pre-K room (2 1/2 hours for age 4-5), closed on presidents day. I love the indoor playground, perfect for cold or rainy days, and one unique feature we did not find at any other facilities is each room has their own bathroom for the kids - so no sending them down the hall and the teacher doesnt have to leave the other kids each time someone has to go. Staff is always very gracious, and most are very passionate about teaching.

We have been with Tutor Time for about 6 months now and love it. The teachers are wonderful, very friendly, helpful and courteous. Our daughter loves the preschool teacher and her classroom. She also loves the indoor play area we call the village. They also offer many different enrichment programs - yoga, gymnastics, spanish, martial arts, and music. I recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the Canton area!

This is a friendly, safe and clean daycare. All the safe are always interacting with the children. They all have great communication skills with the parents to let them know that they are taking great care of the kids! the director is amazing with running the center, and engaging the families to different events.
