First impressions are everything, even when it comes to a business. My significant other had went there a couple of weeks ago to check it out since we were new to the area. He was able to pick up applications and was welcomed inside. I wanted to check out the place for myself as any careful mom would want to do. I had called first to see if they were open due to the holiday approaching. The lady had told me no one is allowed inside and she would get the applications for me. Only at 6:30 they give tours (understandable). What I dont understand is why they select SOME strangers to come in and not others (I mean I dont look like an intruder by no means). My point is that if the business has this policy in place then EVERYONE should be held accountable to it. Not just selecting strangers whove never signed up stay outside in the freezing rain and others in the same boat get to be welcomed in. Its rude and quite frankly its discrimination. When my kids go there I want the staff to apply rules and regulations to EVERYONE if safety is apart of their creed. Other than that their programs seem to fit our needs. I just hope that in the future my impressions are turned around because they are practically our only option for now. Thank you, I hope this helps.

Great daycare! Rooms are clean and teachers are very nice and helpful. My kids enjoy their time at Play Palace and I appreciate all the security, assures me that they are in great hands A+
