Notice that the only people giving 5 star reviews are staff members. These people do not know how to communicate properly when a parent has an issue. Over-talking, hanging up on people, and blatantly refusing to answer the phone are red flags that you may not want your child at this daycare. The people they hire are great with children, but unfortunately, the front office has no idea how to deal with adversity. I would strongly recommend any other daycare aside from this, especially if youre paying out of pocket. They will try to double bill you on your last week, and argue with you as if they are unruly teenagers. Now our only option due to the loss of trust, is to dispute this bill in collections. Thanks Childcare Adventures for giving the south end of town a bad name. I advise you read a book on western culture, and teach your employees how to respect the people that pay to keep the doors open. I am truly ashamed as a parent to have exposed my daughter to such blatant idiocy. She is now going to a place that is 5 times bigger, cleaner, and costs the same in a nice community. Do not take your children here. The owners are completely ignorant.
