Great place! Before my son was born I knew I was going to have to find care for him when I returned to work. After touring what seemed like a million facilities I settled at TLE South Lyon. This facility hit on all my criteria for a day care; clean, smells good, ongoing delevopment programs, healthy balanced meals etc., which was important. However, what I didnt realize until my son started coming in, was that its not entirely about a check list. The check list made my decision to start and was beneficial in comparisons but it was what I learned after that was far more important; the staff here care, not just act like they do but really do. I can tell with every interaction with any staff member, which they all seem to know who my son is, they want him to grow, learn, develop and succeed in the same way I as a parent want. Even at just a little over 8 months old I can see what an impact they are making in his learning and growth. True care and compassion is something you cant see or compare on a check list. Ive learned (Ive done a lot of this since this is my first child. Lol!) Sometimes its not what you can see but what you can feel. I urge everyone to at a minimum check this place out. If you can look past the check list and really look around at the interactions of the staff with the parents and children you may be able to see what I feel every time I drop off or/and pick up my son. Care, compassion and love, not because its their job but because its the staff passion.

The Learning Experience in South Lyon is an amazing place for kids! The teachers are top notch, smart, fun, loving and eager to be with your children. The administration is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am so happy that we were able to get our kids into this site as it has been nothing but the best since they entered a year ago. I couldnt imagine taking my kids anywhere. Safety comes first for the center itself, the kids and the teachers. The teachers make sure the kids are safe whether playing outside or inside. The place is very secure as well. Each parent needs a key fob to enter and there is a double entry to bring and remove your child from the location. It amazes me every day how excited my kids are to get to school and how much they love their teachers and friends. I highly recommend The Learning Experience in South Lyon!

Our son was 3 when he started TLE and is now 5 and heading to Kindergarten in the fall. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and its staff. Their focus on education is unlike anything you will find in a "daycare" type facility. If you are looking for something that is NOT a glorified babysitting service than this is the place you want your kids to be. Our son is more than prepared to head to Kindergarten and this is solely because of their focus on education. I am excited for him to head into this next chapter of his life, but sad that we will be leaving such a wonderful place!!

We have had a fantastic experience with TLE. The teachers are incredible: attentive, engaged, and caring. The facilities are wonderful: clean, bright, and perfectly suited to the respective developmental stages of each class age group. As a small but meaningful example of our overarching experience, our son is still in the infant room, yet almost all of the teachers and staff members say hello to him by name as we come and go -- a sign that they are all actively attuned to the children in their care, and a positive predictor that by the time he progresses to their class, he will feel right at home.

My daughter is having great experience at TLE. Her teacher are best for her. They helped her come out of her shell and now she is excited and all ready for her kindergarten this fall .. you guys ROCK! I have needed them, I would leave a message, shoot them an email, or call after 8am. I’ve never had to wait for a return response and they have always been professional. Child safety, security, daily meal plans are all great.

The staff and teachers at TLE are very approachable and friendly. My daughter, 21 months, has attended TLE since she was 5 months olds. The teachers are easy to talk to and address concerns. My daughter has thrived in the environment and its amazing to see what she has learned. We will be sending out second child to TLE once he is born. I would highly recommend TLE as a child care provider.

My son has been here for about a year now and loves going! The staff is amazing, always friendly and warm. He has grown and learned so much over the past year. They fill out a daily sheet of everything he ate, all the activities he did and usually write a little note about something cute or funny he did which always makes my day! TLE was the best decision we could have made for our two children. The teachers are awesome and really care about all the kids! I can say it is so nice to know that my children are treated and loved at daycare just like they are at home! We love TLE! We moved to Michigan in 2014 and enrolled our son when he was 2. He s now 5 and has been in almost all of the classrooms. He has loved every one of his teachers! We now have our baby enrolled and she loves her classroom too. Its nice to have peace of mind, knowing my babies are loved and being taken care of while we are at work.

The Learning Experience is a place that both of my children love so much! Every teacher and staff member there genuinely cares about every child. We have been going to The Learning Experience for over a year and a half. I have used other child care facilities and this by far is the best one. They have a great staff with low turnover, excellent curriculum and a very nice facility! I highly recommend TLE to anyone looking for child care.
