FANTASTIC.... AMAZING.... THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFE TIME! You never know what to expect when walking into a storage facility but this one is absolutely breathtaking and this is my experience. From the moment you enter the office you are greeted with the sweet scent of lavender and cottonwood which whisks you back to a simpler time and conjures images of the days when people took pride in their work and workplace. Next you may notice the warm smiles from the two lovely women who run that location (Jamie & Katie) who are not only shining examples of professionalism (in an industry which is sadly lacking such qualities), but serve as a reminder that even though it may be cold and harsh outside there is warmth and comfort inside the office at Simply Self Storage Hall Road. Yes, renting storage with the people of Simply Self Storage hall road is a magical experience. When I walked in I didn’t know what I was looking for but Jamie took the time to make sure my experience was fantastic. First she showed me several units and explained in plain terms how much could fit in their various size units. With her help I found a unit on her property which was not too big or to small but much like Goldilocks I found one which was just right. I was also shocked at just how clean the units we toured were, I assumed they would be “basically an old garage”. I have never been so wrong in my life it was astounding how spotless these all have been kept. I caught myself wondering “How do they keep it so clean” as Jamie escorted me back to their beautiful office I got my answer. Katie again warmly greeted us then without hesitation picked up cleaning supplies and headed out as if a Viking shield maiden heading to war, a majestic site to be sure. That’s how it’s done, hard work and determination to keep this magical place pristine. Now came the paperwork, surely this like all paperwork will be a labyrinth of legal pitfalls and tedium, the lease would serve as the Jabberwock of this adventure. I was wrong again, Jamie guided me effortlessly through the paper work quickly and efficiently leading to the lease which wielding her pen like a vorpal blade explained what I needed to do and what the outcome may be, then together we slay that beast of legal nonsense. Transaction complete I felt a new sense of awe and wonder. It was akin to waking up after a long nights rest this is how the world should work, quick clean, efficient and friendly. More businesses need to take note of the service at Simply Self Storage hall road provided by Jamie and Katie and immolate and replicate what they offer. Plus the crappers clean, that’s always a good sign! Rate increases kinda suck, but its pretty standard. Competitive prices on the units but their boxes seem a little pricey.

I have moved a lot in my life and have had a lot of storage units but I have to say I have never experienced the amazing customer service that I received from Jamie and Katie, they were so informative and professional. The location was easy to find and I was super happy to see how clean the well kept the site was. You can tell they take pride in their location. I am so pleased with everything I have encountered with this company from beginning to end. I just wanted to say thanks ladies for making this process so easy!

Jamie was the easiest storage specialist to work with. She met all my needs happily and with a smile. The location is prime, property clean and office beautiful. Id venture to bet, Jamie spends her time off polishing the asphalt. If I didnt have many wives and many divorces currently going, Id ask Jamie to join my collection. Some day I may wish to make her my bride, but right now Jamie will be all of our storage specialist. Stop by, tell Jamie I sent you, she will make you a forever storage renter too.

I visited Jamie Saturday morning looking for a storage facility to use. As soon as I walked in the door I was instantly comfortable. Jamie was super friendly and you could tell knew her job very well. She helped me narrow down a size & showed me around her property. Everything was very neat & clean & Jamie was beyond helpful. I am not quite ready to rent a space because I am unsure of my move date but she made me feel at ease & I will definitely be coming back when Im ready to move.

I have been here for just over a year now and I love the customer service I receive from the ladies that work here. They are very efficient and friendly, and always makes me feel my business is welcomed. I am able to get in, pay my bill, and get out with no problems or waiting a long time, they are true professionals. The grounds and inside the office has always been clean and neat. I would refer this place to anyone who needs a storage unit.

Jamie was wonderful and a huge help with getting us set up for a storage unit after we finalized a closing date on our house. My wife was very overwhelmed, and Jamie went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy, and really helped us out. I dealt with Jamie in the front office both when I rented the unit and when I moved out of it, and she was very friendly and helpful. If needed, i will definitely store here again.

Great storage place, very convenient location right on hall road. Staff is very nice and helpful. This location was $20 dollars less per month then Public storage a quarter mile west of the location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
