Horrible, the gate has been open because it is broken for the last two weeks, people in and out at late hours, well I was 5 days late in my payment the gate was open I was at my unit last night even, well I pulled up to it there was a lock on my unit stating that if I cut it, its B and E, she pulled up on golf card, I asked if I could get my one box out on this rainy day, she stated no I had to pay 115 to catch up, what ever I got the 115,then when I return she Says its a 33 dollar late fee added on, I said last time I was 5 days late you didnt charge for it, she said this time I am, well I got my one box and Im done here, 220 dollars for a storge unit is crazy, enjoy your day and find a new place

The staff are friendly and responsive. Company website is well-designed and easy to work with. Facility is in decent shape and is well-maintained. My singular complaint is in the frequent price hikes. Ive been with them for only 5 months and already seen an increase of more than 10% on my monthly bill. Having spoken with other customers I have heard that increases have been coming as often as every six months. Started off ok. Was never given any contact to sign. Son was going to move into a home so paid pro rated to move in date. People did not move so he had to wait for court officer to evict the tenants. Was five days late moving belongings out of storage unit so they pad locked the unit, charged for a full month and added thirty some odd dollars as a late fee. What a rip off. I paid but hope to never need them again. Once they have your belongings can basically hold you and your items hostage. Shame on them

Hi... i have only been here 1 week.. going through a divorce and had to move all my things by myself. well one of my items tipped over and was jammed. I call the front office and a girl came right out and helped me upright my item so I can get it off the truck. I tried for at least 15 minutes in 94 degree heat to do it by myself and the girls didnt hesitate one second and will tell every one about extra storage !! thanks so much

Excellent storage facility and extremely helpful and polite staff...especially Tiffany (she is a little darling). Units would benefit from lighting and a power source....perhaps the company could explore that possibility for their North River, Mount Clemens, MI depot. Excellent value for money with such high (little risk) security system. I thoroughly recommend this facility and do so unreservedly. Keith W T Seddon

I would like to commend the staff at the Mt Clemens Extra Space Storage, they are very patient and I have had my unit for well over a year or so and there has been several times when I forgot about my due date for payment and they were very friendly in calling to remind me. Awesome staff there.

Website quoted a rate for a 5x10. I leave work, get there to look at unit, ready to sign paperwork. Guy says "oh this is the last one left, the web price cant be honored". Wanted $10 more per month, I walked away. Shady loss leader technique yall got going on there. Shameful really.

I have been there a couple years, I am very pleased.the place is always been spotless.and as for the management both Tiffani and Liz has been a real joy to deal with. for anybody who needs some extra storage space I highly recommend this place. I dont see myself leaving anytime soon.

I moved into a small house and had a lot a furniture left over I wanted to sell it but I did not have a lot of time at the moment so I got a storage unit and lisah a worker there helped me they had wonderful prices and I would recommend it
