The 20055 Cornillie Drive Simply Storage Service in Roseville and the Staff are Fantastic!! Denise and her staff, from the first day I registered, throughout all my drop offs and pick ups, and through the day I didnt need the storage augmentation services provided by this Simply Self Storage store was top notch all the way. I researched may storage facilities and all the Simply Self Storage facilities in the area before I chose the Cornillie Drive store. It is right next to the Home Depot at 13 Mile and Little Mack,1 Minute away from the I-94 Little Mack Exit. I needed temporary storage throughout the process of moving from one house to another. The choice of storage unit sizes, the fact that each and every storage unit is a drive up unit, the fact that the facility and the storage units are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - this all led me to choose Cornillie Drive, and Denise for my storage needs. It wasnt until all the trips to and from my storage unit that I confirmed I had made the right choice. Do yourself a favor and experience this great service. Denise and the staff are always professional and a great asset to both the customers and owners of Roseville/Cornillie Drive Simply Storage.

Im writing to review to add a little background to the Amazing Staff & Very Clean Storage Grounds! Id also like to personally thank the staff here for helping me load my motorcycle into the back of my truck. They didnt have to but they both joined in to help me strap it down! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Another plus is the added security cameras at the gates & around the property! I was always skeptical about getting a storage unit because I didnt like the fact that most of them are right off the main highway! This location of Simply Self Storage is prefect. Its sort of on its own private street to drive in (thats how I think of it) and the street is not busy at all. The only people that would really drive down this street are the folks who work there or the storage unit renters. That added piece of mind knowing that random people are not going to just drive by. If youre looking for a storage unit to rent Id highly recommend this location!

Denise, the Property Manager, maintains the storage units clean and in great shape. Rented a unit for about two years. Every time I saw Denise she was always friendly and very personable. When I was at my unit and she was out and around on her maintenance duties she would always make a point to stop for a quick chat and make sure everything was okay. The property itself is in a good location, easily accessible. If I would be in need of another temporary storage unit this location would be my first choice.

I do not like that prices seem to change yearly however Denise has gone above and beyond for me. She actually took a dollar out of her own pocket because of my mistake and never allowed me to get charged a late fee. I did give the money back after I found out!!! She always remembers my name and number when I come in. She is always pleasant and very sweet!!!! She deserves a raise shes always looking out for me!!! Thank you Denise

My family is moving and our closing date came much sooner than expected, so we needed a storage unit quick. Denise was super helpful and took the time to drive me around to multiple open units just so I could compare sizes and got us into a unit immediately. Denise, the rep at the front desk, was friendly all of the time, especially over the phone. I liked how I could drive right up to my storage unit and load/unload my belongings. And I liked having several options as to how to pay my bill monthly, such as in person or online. If need be, I would use their services again in the future.

Very easy to access, Denise is awesome! I am in and out of my storage unit multiple times a day for my business and Ive never had problems getting in. I pull a 15 foot trailer behind my ford super duty and can navigate the lot with ease. This is the best storage facility Ive ever used. I wont be going anywhere else

The environment isnt in the best condition (old fence, broken concrete, fading sign), but the garages are in good condition and the place feels secure. Update: Theyve fixed most of the pavement, it looks and feels much nicer to drive on.
