I have been using this location for over a year now and couldnt be happier. Both Keri and Nate are extremely helpful, professional and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. The location is always clean and even after a heavy snowstorm the entrance and exit are free of snow. Many times I visit my unit late evening or early morning and always feel safe with the ample lighting and security. I have recommended this location to several friends.

The storage facility is in a great location and very assessable being right off I-94. I feel good about keeping my belongings there because of the great security with inside storage and no entry without door codes. Climate controlled enviroment is definitly a bonus. The staff is awesome! Keri and Nate are very helpful. I resently refered a friend to this location.

My daughter slipped & fell. They didnt care!! They said she did it herself. They were Hesitant to fill out an Accident Report. They still havent returned our calls. My daughter badly Sprained her Right ankle. Went to Dr, had X-Rays. She lost out on work for 1 month. They Dont Believe she fell by Accident,!!!

I love it!! This place is just the best. The indoor loading bay takes all the hassle out of moving things in Michigan weather. I am in and out of my unit several times a week, and as a older woman along I always feel safe. Keri knows her job and does it very well. Kudos!

Very friendly staff. Great security. Clean environment. What more could you want? Well, maybe one thing. One more flat cart to wheel stuff in and out on during busy times. Other than that it is still 5 Stars.
