Wonderful service! The lady at the front desk was attentive and very informed about the units and got me a unit that fit my needs a my budget. She explained in clear details about the contract I signed so there was no surprise and explained what was expected of me when I decided I didnt need the unit anymore. They also have a referral system that get you (20$ I think off your unit when someone you refer rent with them) dont quote me on that 20$ I going off memory and it could be lower, higher or correct. Any discount helps so I think it is a great idea that they do this. I highly recommend Compass and if I need storage again I will use them... and you should as well!

If you love mice droppings, and spiders feel free to store your items at Compass. Cheryl told me pest services are not offered because customers may have allergic reactions to pest products. Cheryl locked the door, took off and did not refund my money even though I let her know I was moving. I even asked her to waive the late fees. I was charged a total of $278. Thats unfair and I want my money returned to me.

I rented a unit from Cheryl at Compass Self Storage and she couldnt have been nicer! I needed a space that was easy to get to, and Cheryl went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. Even though my move wasnt an easy one, Compass made the process of getting a unit very easy! Thanks again for all your help!

Would not recommend it, because of some recent questionable thefts. Recently 3 units reported being robbed of stored items and the locks are intact?????? One of the units was a relatives and was even insured, but because the locks were intact, not forced or broken into , insurance says no go.... :(

Raise their prices 10% every 6 months. When I questioned 20% after one year the man told me...well if you dont like it you can always leave. I did!
