Im set up as a company & that is supposed to have 24 hrs access. Now Im here with a full load during after hours & no access allowed. So now I must go back & unload where I started. Very upset that I have to double work & pay for useless gasoline! Now Im on the phone with customers service, telling them that I been calling the office location for 3 days. No answer, left message but no returned call & all they do is leave a message which that same thing that Ive done for 3 day but yet to be fixed! ALSO, the customer rep was rude & hung up on me while I was talking about placing notes in the computer for a manager. Sad way to do custom service all the way around.

I just rented a storage unit from Public Storage. It was a fantastic expereince! The Manager, LINDSEY HEARON, ROCKS!!! She was courteous, informative and very professional. Lindsey took the time to take me on a tour of the facility- highlighting the security features and the advantages of renting from Public Storage versus the competitors. The facility was clean, and its apparent that she runs a tight ship. I am very pleased. Thank You- D Note: I have NEVER took the time to write an online review. However, in this case I felt it neccessary to do so. Because of my expereicnce, I would rent from Public Storage, again.

The climate-controlled environment is the best thing: nice and cool air conditioning in the summer and heated in the winter. Great if you are storing things for a long time and dont want them to be exposed to extreme temperatures, like books or collectibles. The building seems really clean with no signs of any pests. Lindsey, the attendant, is very friendly and helpful. It is not located in the best part of town, but it is far enough away in an industrial area so to be pretty secure and out of the way, and seems safe enough. The prices are very competitive and a great bargain.

Public Storage was a lifesaver while we were selling our home! The manager, Mario was absolutely outstanding! From the beginning, he helped me decide on the right size of storage unit and was always courteous, polite and professional. The facility was very clean and well maintained inside and out. I was so impress with Mario and Public Storage, I contacted our real estate agent to pass on the good word of Public Storage! Public Storage is fortunate to have the caliber of professional as Mario! I have rented here for a long time. When I first got the unit it was suppose to be in a climent control section. Here recently I found out that it is not a climent control and that my locks got change and they had to have a locksmith come out to take off the old lock, but they gave me a new lock. Like I said I have had the unit a long time and the price keeps going up for what?

I can not remember any place I did business with that gave me better service than this location. I had worked with Lindsay before and today Lisa took care of me. She was a joy to work with and met all my needs. I would recommend this location to everyone. I could go on and on, but all I need to say is that the folks who work here, Lisa and other aim to please.

Horrible experience. Hidden fees they charge you double rates of what you think your gonna pay they lock in you and milk you for every dime...terribke self storage. Plus looking at these reviews I believe them to be fake...they are all about associates and not actual facts or explanations

Was not told when reserving my unit that it would be in a building on the second floor-with no AC, using a regular size elevator to bring my belongings up. Nor was I told that I would have to pay for insurance until I was ready to check out. Very inconvenient and expensive for what I got.

My experience at the 4350 South Hamilton Road location in Groveport has been absolutely wonderful! Lisa is very nice and helpful with all of my questions and needs. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that sees Lisa. I will definitely use this location in the future!

Not happy with this place at all. Not only has my monthly bill doubled in the last 2 years. But the gate that is next to my unit has been busted and chained shut for the last 6 months. Will be leaving this place very soon

Very friendly staff. Used the 800 number to set up the reservation and then drove straight to the site. It couldnt have been easier. The location is perfect, right next to the highway.
