Great experience, although I would not recommend trying to get an appointment first thing in the morning, this morning I came in to have my car checked out and there was only 1 person in the building the service manger. He was very polite addressed my concerns and assured me that my car would be taken care of, I asked for a ride home he said it wouldnt be a problem, shut the shop down and brought me home. I think he has those little shoe elves in the back because there werent any techs to be seen, i did check before i left and turns out the manager is a certified mechanic so maybe he does it all....? hey my car is fixed and the price was very reasonable so i am happy. Thanks.

This place USED TO be great. A few years ago a guy named Bob ran it and he was always straight forward and honest. His guys did quality work at a fair price. I took my cars there exclusively. At some point Bob moved on. The new guys are terrible and dishonest. Morrisette is a joke now. I took my car there and $1200 later the problem persisted. Finally I took it elsewhere and they said whoever did the work originally didnt even do it right and forgot to TIGHTEN things. Before I knew about the change in personnel I recommended the place to a family member and they had similar issues with them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. MORRISETTE IS GARBAGE.

Awesome Shop!!!! I called Morisette Automotive in Chesterfield because my car broke down on the highway and didnt know what I was going to do, the manager I think his name was steve?, talked me through it, set up a tow for my vehicle and when I got there with the tow truck one of the counter guys gave me a ride home!! Excellent service, got my car back the next day at a fair price..i didnt tell them but I would have paid more for the excellent service, thanks guys you are the best. I definitely recommend this shop.

Being a DIY mechanic for over 13 years, rebuilding engine, transmissions, rear ends, etc, I always do my own work. I had an issue with my vehicle, and wasnt up to the job in cold Michigan. I called quite a few auto repair shops, and Bob gave me the best price by far. Very professional work, honest with the customer, and fast with the repair. Im taking my vehicle to Bob for one more issue, as Morisette will only receive my business.

I have taken two different cars to these guys, and they are fantastic. For my 2015 jeep they installed some new fenders for me, they were quick, did a great job and charged a fair price. For my sons 1992 Jeep they were able to install a new heating system, again, great work, great price, and the guys in the shop are very friendly

over priced and terrible work..quoted me over 800 bucks to fix a water pump and radiator..had a wheel bearing done there last year and it already had to be replaced less then a year later..got the water pump and radiator done for half the cost and another auto shop..never going back to them again

Morisette was great. My check engine light came on and I took it in. Bob and his guys ran a diagnostic for me (even though they were busy) and found a small problem. They fixed the problem and did not charge me for the labor. GREAT place! GREAT service, would definitely recommend.

"Miscommunication " and "lack of competent employees " lead to two wasted trips and wasted money. Young guy working the phones was rude and uneducated. Im not expecting rocket scientists, just quality HONEST work. This is not the place for me and my vehicle.

I have been coming here for almost 20 years always got a good deal everytime. They try to combine repairs to save you money. Highly recommended usually in and out in an hour on small repairs
