Was told Id get an estimate for my performance exhaust to be installed. Had to call because it had been long without a call with an estimate. They were nearly done when I called and told me the price. Didnt really bother me but would have nice especially if i was on a budget. Thats the first thing. Next is taking it in a second time because a faulty o2 sensor and a bad jossling sound and loud wooshing sound (perhaps leak) from pipes that had been going on previously before the pipes were installed. Asked them if they checked for leaks "yep we did". Guy goes around back to looking around on my vehicle "you have a crack in your manifold". I was floored as they said they checked for leaks and made sure everything was intact BEFORE they installed my high dollar pipes. Im young. Im not made out of money. Which I think I was taken advantage of. I continued arguing with the mechanic as he was trying to blame me for the cracked manifold "dont know what you did when you drove out of here man". I drove home. Thats it. We argue pretty good as it was their responsibility to make sure it was good and NO leaks or damaged parts before or after installation. I relax and ask "ok how much for a repair to the manifold or a new one?" They reply: "sorry we dont work on manifolds." Ohh so you seen the crack and said "eh we cant do that so lets just put the other stuff together and see if the kid wont notice". Complete BS. Wasted $230 on the service that just forced me to go backwards with my vehicle service. Also after sharing my horror story with friends I found that one had to file a lawsuit with them and the other had his vehicle shambled as well from them. Stay away from this place. Its a joke. Was very disrespected as I was just trying to get honest answers and never got any. Just snarky comments and laughs.

Ive enjoyed thier buisness for years and the only place i trust to get the job done right the first time. They have 2 locations in the Saint Clare Shores area and are the best in town when it comes to quality work. They do alot more then just mufflers and brakes to keep their customers rolling. Ive herd no complaints from my family and friends who also enjoyed thier service just as much as i do. Keep up the good work S&K!!!

I have taken my cars to other shops, because I only thought they did mufflers and brakes. Boy was I wrong. They do lots of suspension work and tune ups. They are amazing. Best shop in town. Great work, fast and reasonable pricing.

Honest, Straight Shooters ... I came in planning on the Worst. A half hour later in left with the problem FIXED for $20 !!! I am a Customer for Life !!! My Neighbors, and I Thank You ... Mark, and Dave are the Best !!!
