I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4 by 4. I went in because I had a nail stuck in my one tire that is brand new and they were honest enough to say that they could not do anything for me due to safety issues. They suggest and instead of wasting time and money to try Belle Tire if not Discount Tire to have them fix it. I appreciate their honesty on that. They did suggest to swap out that tire for a full size spare tire that I have and did that as well. Theyve replaced one valve stem that was corroded thanks to Jeep and their crappy parts with a rubber stem so that way my tire would be safe on the other side as well. Overall time was one hour waiting but you cannot beat the customer satisfaction and also them being honest and loyal to you. Deshawn was definitely on point and I definitely give him a thumbs up for that including their team. Even one of Deshawns team members told me instead of replacing the full sensor since the sensor was good to actually just go to another store and actually have the valve stem ree fixed and that would save me $40 to almost $120. Plus they are the only store besides Sams Club that is open up for tire services on a Sunday.

I used to like getting my oil change here, if you can get in the prices are great. Lately they have been going out of their way to NOT provide service, they constantly have an excuse why the can not get you in(not enough people working, breaks for the next few hours, too busy). They have really been making me feel not welcome. If you can get in, enjoy the great prices.

They broke my rims and had to get new ones, and then they broke my lug nug studs. On top of that I waited almost 6 hours of my time, and had to miss work.

Customer service is a joke. Go anywhere else for an oil change.
