I dont like to write bad reviews because I believe that sometimes you catch people and stores at bad times. But this store is the absolute worst car parts store Ive ever been in. I enjoy working on cars and motorcycles, Ive been doing it since I was a kid. So when I moved to Indian Rocks Beach I was stoked to have a car parts place right down the road... Ive literally never been in this store and not been disappointed with them. A: Their prices suck. (Not their falt. Its Auto zones fault, but still.) B: Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I dare you to ask them to look up something about your car. You would have thought you asked them if you could kill their puppy. C: The manager is an a*******... Thats it, I dont think I need to say any more. So I gave up buying stuff from them. Then today I took my old oil in to dispose of it, and they didnt have room for my old motorcycle oil? Those tanks are huge. how do you not have room for my motorcycle oil? So now if I want to do anything car related, I have to drive right passed Auto zone and go to Advance Discount Auto Parts at Largo mall. Thats twice as far away, but its better than being treated like an jerk. Shape up Autozone.

The prices are on the higher end(like all auto zones) but I always end up going back. This store has the absolute best service! They are always so helpful and nice and even when the store gets busy, theyre still just as interested in helping the initial customer. I have been to this specific store over five times and I will continue to go out of my way to come here.. theyre the best!

They may have good products but I never go back there, paid with a $20 and the clerk gave me change for a $10! When I told him he made a mistake he said very loud that I am a lyer, I suggested to look at the top $20 in his drawer and he said without looking that there is none! Nope, thats the end, I am glad we have OReilly s just down the road

Two cars, 2 sets of windshield wipers. They walked me through the entire process from determining size, picking a brand and installing the blades. What would take me 20 minutes took them 20 seconds to replace. Nice job. Military ID? Ask for discount.
