This place is horrible with communication and appointments. It is 9:00 am Monday morning and still no one has shown up for business. They have had my car over 1 week for a repair that took less than an hour. The receptionist said she "called last Wednesday, but there was no ring. It went straight to VM". Showing no real intent to get in touch with me and keep me informed on the status of the repair. Friday morning I called numerous times with no answer. Finally Friday, 4:50 pm I get a hold of them and authorize the repair. At 6:00pm, the repair is complete, but still a hitch in getting to the shop. She stated she would be in late Saturday morning (by appointment as the website states), since my card wouldnt run over the phone, but never called or came in. Their service practices have cost me more than the repair itself. And, to top it off, the repair wouldve been cheaper at the dealership.

This is a comment to Kym, get a life I work in technical escalations at a Internet Service Provider and I am so tired of people like you complaining about good service, but because you feel so self entitled that you find reasons to complain. I drive a Cadillac CTS and its no joke how expensive it is to fix this car at the dealership, Bill has saved me a lot of money and I know that most of Gahanna agrees that they do good work. What you need to do is take yourself to the hood and let someone work on your car there bet you wont get your car back in one piece, if you get your car back, so lady take your complaints to the devil because like him I have no sympathy for you.

Bill & Ali at Lind Automotive are great. Theyre very knowledgeable about what is most likely the issue and keep you informed about the exact issues once they get into the car. They have very fast turn around times and will often stay late to ensure youre not without a car for too long. Ive had them fix a wheel bearing and a broken window regulator so far, but Im sure Ill be going back to them once my clutch goes and for other repairs that I just dont have the time or tools to take care of myself. Highly recommend them for all Gahanna people. Thanks again for the expert repairs!

Bill is really great. He is very kind and charges honest prices. I took my car o the dealership at they told me I needed almost $3,000 worth of repairs. I took it to Bill for a second opinion and he was over $1,000 cheaper. He does great work! The only thing I would mention is that the service can be a little bit slow and they arent very quick to call when your car is finished or they have an estimate. But that is expected from small shops. I highly recommend Bill with Lind Automotive.

Bill is the best! Ive taken my car in to Lind Automotive twice and both times have received fast, honest service. The most recent time was to have a squeak in my clutch taken care of. I had been told by another mechanic that the slave cylinder needed replacing and it would be a $500 repair. Bill found that the clutch fork just needed some oil and charged me $52. The squeak is gone. Ill be returning to Lind Automotive for any mechanical needs on my car in the future.
