I just had the rudest, most appalling conversation with a service provider I think Ive ever had in my entire life. I was interrupted well over 6 times and I was hung up on twice for no reason. This man was the owner of the Hamiltion Rd Gahanna location and I cant believe he has a business that is still open. I now have a new engine light on that was not on before I took my car there (AND SPENT $1921) and I was unable to get a straight explaination from him as to whether or not it was related to what they fixed (after they possibly damaged a part that was unrelated to why I was in there). He gave excuses that contradicted each other and when called out on those and asked for an explaination, I was told the tow guy must have done it. No offer was made to look at what was causing the light even when I said if it was the tows fault, I would neeed to understand the issue in order to take it to them. At that point, I was hung up on. I called back, greated with a "yeah" and when I told him his behavior was uncalled for, he of course wouldnt listen, interrupted me yet again and told me I was to never come back. Horrible service! Take your car ANYWHERE but here!

I recently got a flat tire on the highway on the way to work. I made it to tuffys to have my tire taken care of. They had it done in a timely manner, and I was on my way home. I was very happy with the friendlyness and amount of time it took to have everything done and the price was fair. Well on my way home I got a strange phone call, a private caller kept calling and hanging up. Then I got a text saying "please dont tell my boss I could get fired for this" Im 23, this guy was probably 50! He took my phone number off my information and started calling/texting asking me to help him find his long lost mother!!!! I was prety scared because he also could see my address. Thank goodness I used my parents instead of my own. Needless to explain the rest - LADIES just be careful and think of this when you have work done on your car!!!!!

From the moment I walked in, until I left I was met with above and beyond customer service by Mike. He was so nice and honest with me about my car and very helpful with making me feel super comfortable. I was afraid when I walked in there becasue I didnt know anything about cars and most women like that are taken advantage of, but all that left with Mike being up front about my car and what was going on with her. It took a few hours to get my car fixed, but it didnt feel that way becasue Mike kept up conversation and made me feel honestly as if I was at home. Best part about it is that my car was fixed that day and I was able to drive off with my baby working properly. I will definitely go back if I ever need to! That was such a great experience and customer service!!!! Thanks Bro!!

Horrible auto service. I dropped my car off for an oil change and was charged $10 extra and told I needed new brakes "soon". Got a free brake inspection at Monro and personally went out to the shop to look at my brakes and they were still nearly new and no where near needing replaced. When checking back with Tuffy the owner basically denied lying to me and got really rude and made up lots of excuses as to why I was charged the $10 extra! Owner threw my receipt back at me and told me there was nothing he could do about it and said he was the owner so there was no one to report him to. I stated I would write a bad review and he yelled as I walked out that he would just delete bad reviews himself!!!! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

I could not be more pleased with the new ownership/management that took over on July 1, 2015. I came in for a routine oil change and discovered that the last group had changed my oil bin in such a way that they pinned my oil dipstick! My oil could not be changed without first removing the bin and then recovering the dipstick (which turned out to be mutilated). The new group (specifically Lewis) corrected the problem, ordered me a new dipstick from Acura and did not charge me. Both Michelle and Lewis (the two people with whom I dealt) were 100% professional. They are saddled with some sad stories from the previous ownership but are working very hard to earn their own reputation. Thank you so much.

Not only were the technicians willing to correct any customer service issue, but the DM went far and beyond to keep a customer - when other places would not. What was originally a customer service issue, turned into a fantastic service & repair offer. This location was willing to match any price and were very easy to communicate with. Im very pleased and will be sure to share this location with anyone needing service.

I had a great experience here. They saw me right away, gave me an estimate and fixed it the same day. They even gave me advice on how to fix the weatherstripping that was tearing away. The guy at the front was very friendly and informative.
